Purchased several weeks ago and just had a chance to assemble. One of the doors had small dents and paint came off when I removed the marketing sticker. Also had a stain on griddle that would not come off.

I was looking for a modular grill set that wouldn't break the bank and found the Tytus brand. I was impressed by the different combinations available and how easy it seemed to put together so I decided to go ahead and order it. It came palletized in 3 large boxes and the packaging quality was great. The instructions say it takes 10 minutes to assemble, and once everything is unpacked, it really doesn't take much longer. I was very happy not to have spent 3 hours fumbling with bags of parts and an assortment of tools to put together a flimsy grill. This one is very solid and tool free! My only complaint is with the other components, you lose the ability to use the side burner because that where the prep carts connect to. I haven't used the grill yet, but I'm already thinking about getting another prep cart and the pellet grill to expand the unit.

I bought this over 3 months ago and love it. We have cooked so much on it and are happy with how everything has turned out. The griddle has been really funt o use too!

To start out with, all the grill components arrived as scheduled very securely wrapped and banded to a sturdy pallet. Inside the boxes all the parts were nicely cushioned with styrofoam, with no breakage. Assembly instructions were nicely and clearly detailed. Actual assembly was surprisingly fast and easy due to the quick assembly latching system. I've never had such an easy time with any barbecue assembly. Using and cleaning up the barbecue and gas griddle is wonderful, it's something I look forward to doing! All the on/off knobs are well made as is the entire unit. The finish is very nice and cleans up in a snap. I also bought the TYTUS brand grill cover which fits great and keeps my favorite backyard appliance beautiful. The price was great for such a customizable unit. I've already recommended TYTUS Grills to friends and am recommending to whoever is reading this. You will be glad you chose TYTUS, I definitely am.

We bought the Gas Grill, Gas Griddle, and Gas Pizza Oven to swap out with the Griddle. We love the flexibility and the features. I'm looking forward to trying the pizza oven this summer.

I smoked a 9 1/2 lb Butt yesterday. The temperature never wavered the entire 8 hours. This is a great smoker. I just wish it were a little bigger.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
