I would buy this again, if there were a few modifications.It takes a little getting use to. The grill naturally burns hot because of the openness of the ventilation. The construction is awesome for a built-in charcoal grill. Spacious, but its hard to maintain a constant temp because you can't control all the circulation of air. There is a natural gap when the unit is closed which allows to too much airflow. | Was This Helpful? | |
Air flow issueI like all things about it except that there is no way to control the air flow and therefore it gets very hot. This also means that all of the coals burn totally every time you cook and you can't reuse the coals to get started next time you grill. Any ideas out there????? Poor air controlThere are so many air vents and no way to restrict air flow. When you close the hood the temperature goes to nearly 500 degrees which makes grilling very difficult. The grill is well built and looks good but is very hard to cook with. | Was This Helpful? |
