The Outdoor Plus warrants their fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function in residential application for one (1) year for electronics, gas valves, and pilot assembly. Stainless steel pans, fire rings, and valve boxes are covered in residential application for three (3) years. For commercial application, electronics, gas valves, and pilot assemblies are warrantied for six (6) months, while stainless steel pans, fire rings, and valve boxes are covered for one (1) year. Must be installed by a local licensed Plumber or Gas Company Agent.

Hello, Two questions: 1. Is the Coronado - cortex steel heat proof to the touch? 2. How do you turn the pit off if lighting with match vs. electric ignitor? Thanks!

Answer:
Hi Jennifer. The metal of the fire pit can possibly be hot to the touch, so it is advised to be cautious around it. You would turn it off at the key valve (for natural gas) or turn off your regulator (for propane).

Question:
Greeting, I'm interested in the Coronado Corten steel fire pit. I live in Minnesota and would like to put this on my deck. Do you think this would be okay in this environment? Also, it's difficult to find any reviews on the brand/fire pit. Any comments I should think about? Finallly, do you price match? Not from discount places but similar company? Thank you -Tom Hutsell

Answer:
Hey Tom! The steel on the fireplace is all you would have to really be concerned about, as it would not do well in salt laden air, high rainfall, humidity, or persistent fog. We do price match, but not for this item unfortunately. Could not find any reviews for this model, but it has good quality materials and has different warranties for various parts of the fireplace. Hope this information helps!

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
