Presenting the Outdoor Cooking Center Grill from Smoke-N-Hot Grills: The Outdoor Cooking Center is made to last, and maintenance is a breeze due to the stainless steel components! The Flavor Dome system combined with precise digital controls and included meat probe allow for accurate food cooking temperatures so you can sear, smoke, and bake outdoors with ease. ProGrill Digital Controls offer fully-automatic control of your grill temperature, from a smoking low of 180 degrees to a smoking hot sear of 650 degrees with just the push of a button. The bight blue LED lights make the control panel easy to read in the brightest of light. You can use the included probe to set a temperature, and once your food reaches that temperature the Smoke-N-Hot will automatically drop down to 180 degrees and continue to smoke. Four 1460 square inch slide-out shelves give you a total cooking area of 5,840 square inches! That is enough room for about 400 wings, 20 personal pizzas, or 15 racks of ribs. Nobody will leave your home hungry. The grill is double walled with 2 inches of insulation and the cooking chamber is sealed. That insulation combined with the 23-pound capacity rear-mounted pellet hopper holds enough grilling pellets to easily keep you cooking for hours. All stainless steel components, as well as the large removable grease pans, make clean up easy and dishwasher friendly. The oven is pre-assembled for quick and easy setup and sits on a cart with 2 side shelves and 4 casters for portability. Grill cover, shelf manipulation tool, and temperature probe are included.
