I finally used my new K24 and loved it! The only complaint I have is how fragile it is and how insufficiently protected it is during shipment. I bought it at Costco and received to broken units. The third looked good and with a very minor hit, ended up chipping the inside of the grill body. I will use some furnace/ceramic cement to fix it and hope it does not get damaged again. I do not even want to think how I will need to protect it when we move.

The stand is ugly and poor quality. The first unit came cracked and shipping protection needs to be improved. It should be shipped with the exterior ceramic in two pieces so one person can assemble or be shipped fully assembled.

My family bought me the PBK24K2 Ceramic Charcoal Barbecue as my Father's Day Present, best gift ever!!! We are already enjoying the foods, we cooked a perfect brisket and we had a great time!!! The BBQ is very easy to use and to maintain. I love it!!!

The product it self is awesome. However the ceramic grill is very heavy and requires extra muscle to place it into the stand.

I have mixed feelings on the Brand New Pit Boss, ok let just be honest overall unit is better but what appears to look like a cost cutting exercise is poor and not thought out .. Cons 1. The cheap black nuts the finish is dreadful and show signs of rust in any climate that not hot and dry .. they need to revert back to the old chrome finish ( I've already changed mine back to chrome from a damaged unit I had ) 2. The top vent .. the hole needs to move down by 5mm or shorten the vent opener .. this is due to aftermarket thermostats which interfere with the unit .. example the togrill one of the most popular ones but not the only one that touches the control arm. Or shorten control arm by 3mm ( I've taken 1mm off my handle) 3. Top vent again, the finish is not good this will be a complaint of many new owners after a short period will show signs of rust after a week or so . What makes it worse is it's a simple fix go back to the old coating process. Which was not great but this is not the solution. 4. Top vent again needs a silicon washer for smooth operation (Currently trying a heat resistant silicone type washer time will tell ) Pros 1. Big improvement with the locking catch but does feel a tad flimsy, but still a pro 2. Ash catcher great addition well thought out 3. Top vent has great potential just need a couple of changes 4. Great colour choice 5. New stand easily one of the best on the market 6. Bottom vents great idea even if it's not perfect Summary Overall it's a huge upgrade but poorly executed when ever you bring a new product to market it's important to test it outside the lab that way you see the real pro's and con's, all the issues are a easy fix but should not have need there in the first place. 6.5 out of 10 only because they needed to test it before bringing to market.. with changes a easy 8.5 Still a honest review I would 100% recommend the new design but the guys in the engineering team gets the silver medal, due to signing off changes that had not been tested properly.. I've had over 60 units and use this model and the older LG unit easy one of the best units out there .. but please look at making the changes it will save so many service calls in the future.

I have cooked all kinds of meat on this grill. Mine is blue. I cook for a lot of different people and they all comment that they have never had as flavorful meat as mine. I owe it all to the Pit Boss ceramic grill. Kudos!

I had this grill for three years now, so far so good, got some smoke leak from gasket and support sent me replacement parts right away, I would highly recommend this grill, it's all in one

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
