Indoor Vent-Free Real Fyre Gas Logs and Contemporary Alternatives Limited Warranty Policy. Vent-Free refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns them (Lifetime). Vent-Free fiber-ceramic blended gas logs are warranted for five years. Vent-Free gas log burners excluding valves, pilots and controls are warranted for ten years. All valves, pilots and controls (excluding batteries), are warranted for one year.

Logs & fire look great; remote works great; very pleased.
The most important thing about these gas logs is that my Wife *loves* them. Period. We think they look great, and the uncomplicated remote control works easily, intuitively, and flawlessly. The whole family is very happy with them, including me. It's nice to feel heat radiating from the ceramic logs for a while even after turning them off. The installation was quite simple -- replaced a set of gas logs that came with the house and were a pain to operate. Wish we had replaced them with this set years ago. Now, one thing did delay us for a few minutes: We didn't have a diagram showing how the ceramic logs were to be stacked. So this was a bit of a puzzle that we pieced together based on looking at the array of pieces and the photo from the website. I'm guessing the diagram just got left out when our logs were packed -- there *must* be a diagram! Only real issue we had over all was an admin snafu resulting in our initial order being canceled accidentally. We got that squared away, with the result being that we had to wait a few more days before receiving and cranking up the new logs. All's well that ends well. Customer service was good, and obviously we still gave five stars.
