Napoleon offers a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on major components including the hood, stainless steel lid, porcelain enamel lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids, stainless steel tube burners. Napoleon offers a fifteen (15) year warranty for all other parts including, but not limited to, stainless steel sear plates, porcelain enamel cast iron grids, stainless steel infrared rotisserie, infrared side burner, and other components. Labor not included.

| Very High Quality GrillI recently bought and installed this grill and was very nice to see the quality of this grill. Parts such as Sear Plates, burners and especially the Grates are very high quality materials and well designed layout. I would highly recommend this grill. The only thing I had to buy that wasn't expecting was the gas line coupler from my existing line - 3/8 Flair to 1/2 Flair. This BBQ requires the 1/2" flair connection. Previous BBQ has the 3/8 connection. FYI - This grill was delivered on a pallet. and weighs over 200 lbs. For us it was delivered in a Semi truck/trailer. He had an electric pallet lift. I disassembled the grill (mainly grill lid off) to be able to lift it by myself to be able to install it. | Was This Helpful? |
| What a Beautiful Grill!!We bought the 700 38 to use in our outdoor kitchen and couldn't be happier!! It looks amazing in the granite counter tops. We still have some work to do on the cabinets but we couldn't wait to hook up the grill! There is so much cooking area that entertaining guests will be a breeze. | Love my NapoleonAmazing well built grill. Just got it installed and after burn-in, cooked burgers......it was very easy to control the heat and flames. | The best of the bestThis is by far the best BBQ I have ever owned, wanted the 44 but it was out of stock. The 700 series is the Ferrari of the BBQ's. | Cooks unevenly.We bought this last year as part of our backyard revamp. Had it installed and built in. It simply does not heat properly. The back of each burner is far hotter than the front. Cooking a large steak the back is completely overcooked while the front of the steak is still raw. Not good. Staff Response:Thank you for reaching out and providing us with your feedback.
