overall I give the napoleon 700 a very high rating, but I'm disappointed the lights on the knobs have already failed. support is coming but it's been a bit slow. still waiting on parts. secondly the actual lighting of the grill has been sketchy not always a quick burn.

Great grill. Large enough to grill veggies on one side and meat on the other. Temp gets up to 550°+. Looks great, too.

This is my first propane grill and I love it. I will share what I don't like and this may be an issue with all grills. I live in a windy area and there is a fairly wide opening the length of the grill in the back, near the top of the grill. On windy days, the wind will blow out the flame. There does not appear to be an accessory wind shield. I did purchase a solid fabric screen I can setup behind the grill and it does an adequate job. The rear burner for the rotisserie can be difficult to ignite. I have learned I just need to keep the igniter going and eventually the propane will ignite. What I like, the grill feels very sturdy. The rotisserie I really love, it turns slowly allowing the meat to cook evenly. I choose to sear my steaks first and then either use indirect heat in the grill or just move them into the kitchen and finish them in our oven, where the temperature is more consistent. I have so far used the rotisserie for a whole chicken and for Prime Rib. Both came out exceptionally delicious and moist. I have also grilled several burgers with equally great results. The cover they make for the grill is outstanding and will not blow off, even in winds of 40+ MPH. The grease tray comes out easily and simple to clean.

We had a Napoleon grill at our old house in NJ and there was no question that we would have one at our new home in Florida when designing our outdoor area. We love the grill and sear burner. Everything comes out perfect with our Napoleon

I recently bought and installed this grill and was very nice to see the quality of this grill. Parts such as Sear Plates, burners and especially the Grates are very high quality materials and well designed layout. I would highly recommend this grill. The only thing I had to buy that wasn't expecting was the gas line coupler from my existing line - 3/8 Flair to 1/2 Flair. This BBQ requires the 1/2" flair connection. Previous BBQ has the 3/8 connection. FYI - This grill was delivered on a pallet. and weighs over 200 lbs. For us it was delivered in a Semi truck/trailer. He had an electric pallet lift. I disassembled the grill (mainly grill lid off) to be able to lift it by myself to be able to install it.

Amazing well built grill. Just got it installed and after burn-in, cooked burgers......it was very easy to control the heat and flames. Since i installed the grill myself and its the first nice built-in grill I've owned, better assembly instructions would be helpful. Highly recommend this grill so far.

I'm noting that I will need to really stay on top of keeping the grill clean. But, that's a good problem as it means I'm using it a lot! Temperature control is excellent, everything I have grilled so far has turned out fantastically.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
