Napoleon Legacy Prestige PRO 825 6-Burner Propane Grill w/ Rotisserie & Power Burner- PRO825RSBIPSS-3

Grills great, Sears great Beautiful piece of equipment. Only minor concern is I wish you had an option for a shoter5 rotisserie.

This grill is simply amazing. Just put it on my patio this afternoon. Couple friends helped (great assembly instructions came with it). She is beautiful! Replaced a Summit grill . There is a big difference with this brand. Very high end. Grilled chicken / ribeyes / potatoes and veggies all at the same time. I'm so happy with this purchase.

I have had this grill for close to 4 years and it has done well. I love using the rotisserie for chicken I also have a separate basket cage for whatever I want to use it for. I use the Seer side a lot and had the screen cave in but Napolean sent me replacements. I do have to contact them again for issues with one of the seer burners, we will see if their warranty lives up to the hype. Other than that, I have really enjoyed using this grill.

Decent product but customer service is a nightmare which means any issues I have arent getting fixed.

I came from a stainless weber genesis special edition yadda yadda. Love that grill. My old jalopy at the cabin gave out so my Genny headed to the cabin leaving me in need of a grill at home. I looked hard at the summit, because i loved my genesis, and 16 years later its still running strong. Somehow stumbled across napoleon and after comparing the prestige pro 825 to the summit i was looking at, i pulled the trigger on the Napoleon. This thing is legit. From the unnecessary but totally cool lighted knobs/proximity light, to the soft close hinges on the doors and drawers. I cook family meals 1-2days a week,and every sunday we have between 25-60 people over for bible study. This thing has made seared and rotisseried prime rib to turkey burgers, tomahawk steaks to stuffed zucchini, pizza to venison roasts. Not bad for about a month in. It seems a little warmer in the back than in the front... but nothing crazy. Love the sizzle zone. 100x better than webers sear station which is frustratingly un-searable. Smoke tube is awesome and super easy to use. It is difficult to remove to refill when its hot though. Full length rotisserie is awesome, but the motor seems under powered. To be fair... my usual rotisserie i use has a 1/2hp motor on it and is 10 feet long. We've had 360lbs of turkeys on it. This one is comparatively lacking. I bought the fitted cover, fits nice. Pros: usable space, sizzle zone, integrated smoke tube, rotisserie, back "infrared" burner, cabinets and drawers. Cons: no where to store the long rotisserie rod. It seperates,but its still too long to fit in the cabinet. I hung 2 "S" hooks off the back of the grill to hang it in. Works great, but looks ghetto. Must develop Future upgrade: personalized proximity light!!! Why shine "Napoleon" on the ground when you could shine "Derek's Napoleon", or "i rub my own meat" on the ground? Most anyone would pay a hundred or so on a 5k grill to have a personalized or witty light.

This grill is without a doubt the best one I've ever owned.

New grill and the lights do not work. Tried to contact several times but no call back. Very disappointed.

Terrific cooking experience

I've had this grill for 7 years. I used it year round meaning it sit outside this whole time. Even the Orig cover is still usable but starting to show it's age. I've cooked on it in 90+ degrees and as low as 0. It's performed it's duties as expected. If I had paid a tenth of the price, I would expect so much, however, for the price, it worked to meet my expectations. Only issues I've had is the porcelain on the back walls seem to be cracking from the heat. But doesn't affect functions. The dial decals have come off but Napoleon sent me new ones. The Turbo Burner doesn't work well at all. Ok to keep something warm, but just never worked right. Only tried to use it a couple times but it's not needed so I gave up. Could be the gas pressure. My only BIG and MAJOR disappointment, and reason I will only give it 3 stars (almost 2) is, there is no way to convert it from NG to LPG. I just moved to a place we don't have NG in the sub. My grill is now a paperweight. I've reached out to a few places about conversion kits but non are guaranteed. Why would you sell a LPG version, but not have a conversion kit? So, I'm looking for replacement. But I doubt I'll buy another Napoleon based on it's inability to be converted.

I have this grill for almost three years already, purchased instead of the 665 that was not available at the moment, we appreciate the separete sear station, nice and sturdy cart , great quality of the burners and everything, easy controlling of the temperature.
