Napoleon Legacy Prestige PRO 825 5-Burner Built-in Natural Gas Grill w/ Rotisserie - BIPRO825RBINSS-3

I've had my Pro 825 for 4 years now in a Northern US Climate and it's been great. The finish looks great after4 winters. All the parts are quality and feel solid. It cooks like a dream. The built-in lights are great for night time cooking.

I bought my grill in 2022 and have really enjoyed using it. However, every time I need support or have to order a replacement part, it's extremely frustrating. The manual doesn't clearly identify parts, making it nearly impossible to order the right one through the website. On top of that, customer service is very slow—if anyone responds at all, it often takes hours. This part of the experience really needs improvement

Hello Napoleon , I upgraded my patio 2 years ago to beautiful block wall and grill enclosure. The napoleon natural gas grill was the focal point to the patio. Thank you for a grill with all the capabilities this grill has from rotisserie chicken and roasts to chicken wings in a grilling basket. The light show from led lights are a head turner after the sun goes down.

We purchased the PRO 825 back in 2017. BEST GRILL WE EVER OWNED!! Over time some small parts wore out and Sear grill wore out, but best WARRANTY. Were working on getting replacement parts now.... The Wood chip smoker device wore out as well, but only after years of use even with cleaning weekly. Again, they have best warranty!!!

This grill is awesome!! It can take care of cooking hot dogs and burgers like nothing, along with sides and more complicated meals. Infrared technology, smoking, indirect, direct, and CHARCOAL, all in one grill. This grill is great for beginners and master chefs. It also has a better warranty then any car I have ever bought!!!!

Extraordinarily well made. Had one missing grill grate and company shipped replacement immediately. Infrared burner is AMAZING!!

Encounter three issues with grill. One of the two infrared burners was broken; The Wood Chips Smoker Tray was missing; and the rotisserie burner was misaligned and burned the outside of the grill. Customer service was very responsive in dealing with all issues. After fixing these three problems, the grill works incredible. Food tastes delicious. However, I still have a new grill which has a burned stained outside.

Great quality construction. Bummed that the cooking surface is so unevenly heated. Burns in the back, rate in the front. Using natural gas

I got the 825 in natural gas with the 2 sear burners on the right hand side. I've had this grill for almost 3 years and have some well founded opinions. First, if you're considering this grill, you need to be aware that this grill is DANGEROUSLY prone to grease fires. I have grilled/smoked meat for years, including competitively. I regularly clean all parts of this grill after each use. However, if you put more than a handful of burgers or fatty meat on this grill, much less anything that's been marinated in olive oil (even if excess is wiped off the meat) you will likely experience a meaningful grease fire. I believe it's a design flaw and, if I had it to do over again, would have absolutely selected another grill. Look at other makes if you haven't already purchased this grill. I actually refuse to put more than a handful of 80/20 burgers on this grill, which is ridiculous considering the cost of the grill. Along that same note, the sear burners on the right hand side are great for finishing off steaks and the smoker box inside the grill allows you to add smoke flavor for a nice finish. Buy something else if you haven't already bought this grill.
