This is a great grill for landscapers to use for their outdoor kitchen installs!

Very good quality grill with great features. Appearance is top notch. Easy to use. One issue, occurred right away was the grill knob lights, interior oven lights and lighted logo stopped working on day one. We've tried tightening all connections and resetting the system. Nothing has worked.

Not sure about the product itself but of the 4 things I received from Napoleon 1 was damaged and the grill itself came missing parts and has taken Almost a week for them to get the replacement parts in the mail and have informed me that it would be 7-10 business days for me to receive….parts weigh nothing but was informed they can't do anything about getting them to me sooner such as overnight or 2 day delivery. I spent 1:35 minutes on hold before I hung up ….do yourself a favor and buy Blaze maybe they care about their customers

We have this grill properly installed on top of stone kitchen. There is a design flaw that allows water / rain to seep behind the grills back corners and into the cavity / storage area below. Not what I was expecting at this price point. Grill cover does not always help. I have submitted issue to Napolean and waiting to hear back.

It's the hottest grill I've ever had, reaching 700 degrees in minutes. Really like the grill.

We just installed this Grill yesterday. It works well, except that it was delivered with scratches and one of the lit misses one of the two rubber cushions.

I had an Artisan grill for over 3 yrs, and it broke beyond repair (no warranty on it). Purchased this grill as a replacement. Couldn't be happier! This grill cooks more evenly, has more grilling room, and is easier to keep clean.

This grill is excellent, it is robust, built with excellent material, easy to install, and facilitates the cleaning. The thermometer helps to control the equipment, and it has awesome calorific power. It was great to use just half of the grill when I needed.

First, I've only used it a few times so far. I'll edit later if anything changes after more use. Pros: looks great, seems well built, grates are solid. Includes the rotisserie. the wavy grates really do help keep things from falling through! The interior lighting is ideal. Cons: Installation instructions aren't very helpful. The wiring is too short for installing into an existing island or structure. wildly uneven heating on the grates. doesn't get quite as hot as I'd like but I did get the charcoal try to mitigate that. I haven't tried it yet though. Installing this in an existing structure to replace a worn out Bull that was damaged by a tree. The installation instructions aren't going to help you too much but overall it was not a difficult installation. The wires for the lighting power supply and controller are VERY short so I'm going to either make an extension or see if Napoleon has a solution. Preheating on full for 15 minutes gets the internal temp up pretty high but the cooking area doesn't seem to get hot enough to sear anything. Not unusual for gas grills so I have the optional charcoal tray to try sometime. The rotisserie works really well. Made a whole chicken. It came out a little dry but that was because I didn't dry brine it long enough and I over cooked it. It should've been done perfectly in just over an hour. A couple other notes: the cover is a little thin but fits perfectly. there are even a couple tabs in the rear that the cover slips over to keep it in place. Probably not their purpose but work perfectly.

This is our 2nd Napolean Grill. Sold the house w/the grill. New house...new grill. Support could use some worm, first Napolean, knob light would work intermittently. Never got call back, nor a solution. 2nd grill, rear burner ignitor didn't work. Called support, never got a call back. Figured out 2 wires were tie wrapped up inside the back. Pulled them down and plugged them in. Works.
