Lifetime Warranty

Mont Alpi offers a limited lifetime warranty under which 100 percent of the cost of the stainless steel roasting hood will be covered for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel cooking grids for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel tubular burners for five (5) years, the stainless steel firebox for two (2) years, and the electronics for one (1) year. After the stated period the owner will cover 45 percent of the list price for the part required.

I have a propane hook up coming out of my exterior wall for a bbq hook up. Can this bbq be connected to this hookup or are you only able to use a propane tank? Also what is the length/width for each side?

Hi, Heather. Yes, you can connect directly. Your plumber/licensed installer will have to add a bulk regulator set for propane.

Question:
I need to put this unit against an L-shaped wall. 1- What are the lengths of each side of this L-shaped island 2- Can the unit be placed right against the wall? or would that hinder the opening of the grill top all the way, and needs to be placed a few inches away from the wall? 3- I do not need the sink and faucet. I assume there is no option to remove the sink while keeping the rest of the unit the same, with the same dimensions. If not, can the faucet be removed, and the sink covered with something to add extra counter space? Thank you

HI, SG. Mont Alpi does not make cast iron grates. Cast iron grates have become very rare on deluxe grills.

Question:
The official description on this page says the side infrared burner can be used to heat/cook in pots and pans: "On the left side of the island, built into the faux-granite counter top, is a ceramic infrared side burner complete with stainless steel cooking grid. It is height adjustable for extra temperature control. This super-hot burner is perfect for searing, boiling, and heating large sauce pans. " However, one of the answers to this question before says it is not recommended due to the high heat output as it could damage pots and pans. Can someone please clarify? Thank you

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
