| Rotisserie kitWOW! Never going to buy rotisserie chicken from the store again. Brined the bird overnight, then mounted it on the motor. Make sure you have the weight distributed evenly. After about 90 minutes, begin testing the temperature. At 350 degrees the temp was at 170 after almost 2 hours. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Perfect bird.
