| Outdoor Cooking Made EasyAt first looking at the directions I thought it might be a little difficult to change out the Griddle but it was actually very easy. | Great GriddleThis griddle is heavy duty cast and it is obvious once you pick it up...solid. This griddle cooks very evenly thanks to the included heat deflectors that install in just a minute or two. Cleanup is very easy as well. Don't forget to season the griddle like you would any other cast piece. Instructions are included for the seasoning process.
