Lifetime Warranty

The stainless steel body housings, rotisserie infrared burner and the ProSear burners are warrantied for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The stainless steel tube burners are warrantied for a period of twelve (12) years. The cooking grates, warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds and gas valves are warrantied for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. All other grill components are warrantied for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. When used in a multi-user setting (apartment complexes, multi-family dwelling complexes, schools, hotels, fire stations, police stations, etc.), Lynx warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes restaurants and settings where grill usage is primarily commercial. One (1) year labor included.

Seven years no problems

I have my grill as a built in with my outdoor kitchen. It is reliable and works, all the time. Never had an issue, I clean it monthly since it is used 4 or 5 times a week.

Small well built grill

I bought this grill about 4 years ago now. It has been reliable with no need for any repairs. The interior is easy to access to clean. The stainless grill grates are solid and are great. The heating diffusion with the brickettes are starting to crack now but has worked well and still works ok even with a couple of cracks four years into it. I bought it as a propane model but later ordered a kit from the manufacturer for converting to natural gas. Conversion kit was easy to install and customer service to order the part was great. My only complaints are that it is expensive for the size and the size is small. The later is not a fault of the manufacturer but if you plan on cooking for more than 4 people you should purchase something a little bigger since the sear burner takes up half the grill space. The one I purchased was on a rolling stand/cabinet and I like the fact that I can later install it in an outdoor kitchen if I get around to having one built in my backyard.

Not that Great for the Price Point

Purchased in 2016 and am on my 4th season with this grill. For the price I have not been impressed. While the grill looks great, I have had multiple service visits and am on my 3rd set of ignitors. There seems to be a serious design flaw where even a slight breeze behind the grill will cause the controls to become hot to the touch and will burn out the ignitors. It has not been very easy to clean, especially the sear burner which is unprotected in my model. I am also currently replacing a broken control knob that is held in place with a fragile plastic connection to the valve. The rotisserie, however, has worked well. To keep the interior looking good regular professional cleaning is a must.

Warranty-wise, Lynx Grills are among the best in the industry. It's clear they don't want customers to become frustrated with warranty or services issues. The stainless steel body has a lifetime warranty, and the stainless steel burners are protected for 12 years.

The body of this grill is constructed with 201 stainless steel. Most high end grills are made with 304 grade stainless known throughout the industry to be the top of the line grade stainless steel.

Hi, Bill. A minimum of 6 inches of clearance is needed on the left for the rotisserie motor, and a minimum of 3 inches of clearance is needed behind the grill for the lid to open. When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
