I am a first time bread machine user at age 79. I am amazed at how I'm enjoying it, trying different recipes and just eating bread I made myself. This is undoubtedly the best appliance I've bought in years.

This is an excellent bread maker. I have used it every other day since I got it and it consistently makes a fine loaf of bread. The book of recipes is very handy also. I would highly recommend this bread maker.

I have had the Cuisinart before for 16 years and decided to replace with a new one as the old one died. This is a Model I would highly recommend. I did acquire 2 new paddles and also a paddle that came with the Oven. The problem I have is that all 3 paddles rust at the bottom where it sits on the spindle, during the kneading operation. This is not acceptable and is a health issue. Rust in kneaded dough is not recommended.

I love the look and all of the options for different breads. I also love that it came with a recipe book. However, I think the recipe books might be slightly off? I've tried 4 different recipes so far, and followed them exactly and all 4 of them had some issue when baking the bread including 3 of them "boiling over" and resulting in a complete mess inside the bread machine that I then had to clean up, dump all of the now wasted ingredients, and start over. I realized this happens anytime I try a 2lb loaf. The 1 and 1.5lb loaves seem to be okay, but it's almost as if it's not truly a 2lb capacity machine? When it does go right, the bread is delicious! Just seems like there is a bit more trial and error than I was anticipating. Overall, I recommend it, just be cautious and keep an eye on the machine if attempting a 2lb loaf!

I am a relatively new to bread making and I couldn't wait to get my Cuisinart 2 lb convection bread maker. As soon as I got it I decided to try something new and made my very first banana nut bread. Needless to say it came out perfectly and was exactly what I was hoping for. The Cuisinart 2 lb convection bread maker was exactly what I wanted what I needed and I will use it forever I love it.

As others have written, if you leave the loaf in for the full amount of time it will burn on the outside. So I just set a timer for 10 minutes before that end time and unplug the machine ten minutes early. I take the bread out after the machine has been unplugged for ten or so minutes and it is fine.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
