I have had a variety of bread makers, this one is the best by FAR. Easy to operate, the mixing function actually mixes EVERYTHING. I've found if I coat the inside surfaces with a bit of olive oil it aids in removing the finished bread. "Holding" the bread at temp results in drying out the loaf though.

My first loaf was a test, tasted great looked awful. There after my thrice a week loaves come out perfect every time. Whilst I only make a 500gm loaf I always set it to 2lbs and dark brown. I really can't recommend this bread maker enough!

Works good, but making certain loafs the pan likes to come out ov the holders and has a hard time coming out of the machine.

This was a gift and I love it. It works very well and I haven't had any problems with it. I love all of the different recipes that came with it. I can't wait to try all of them!

I received the bread maker for Christmas 2017 and have not bought a loaf of bread from the grocery store since. It is so easy to use and I have been obsessed with trying new recipes since!

Very happy that we opted for this model. It has so many different options - size of loaves, types of bread, add ins, etc. I have used this and tried so many different breads. It's easy to use and makes good bread.

It is what it is ...I've been through a few machines by now and it seems the flipper dynamic is always an issue. This model seems to have a pressure button setup -if it's any good remains to be seen. There is an alert which gives you time to remove the flipper which is new to me. In closing ...it is what it is ...how long will it last? I'll see -I however do miss a steam ability from one of my older machines that would make bagels.

I've made 2 loaves of whole wheat bread and 2 loaves of gluten free bread using the compact version of the Cuisinart 2lb. Bread Maker. Though none were inedible, I'm trying to figure out how to make a better loaf. Ignoring the instruction booklet and implementing advice from the Internet helped (like proofing the yeast and adding it to the bread pan 1st, not last...), but my attempts have turned out loaves that fall while baking in the machine and become dense. Originally purchased as an alternative to heating my oven and preparing loaves by hand, I'm sure experimentation will eventually yield satisfactory results.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
