This is my second Cuisinart 2lb breadmaker. With my first one the paddle attachment in the breadpan came loose and it kept slipping. The bread pan replacement is expensive so I bought another Cuisinart Bread Maker instead. I love the features on this machine, and I especially love the ease with which I can make bread. Less mess and less wear and tear on my arthritic hands. I usually use only the dough cycle after which I shape the loaf and bake it my oven. I make bread for family members also which means this bread machine is in use almost daily. It is a real workhorse!

We have not figured out how to get the middle of the bread cooked, It has been still raw inside. We are making unleavened bread and the troubleshooting section has not helped.

I like everything about this bread maker. It's easy to use and understand. I particularly like the feature which informs you of the time you can remove the paddles, although it's a little confusing. I different sound would make a difference.

since iv'e had it iv'e mad a few different kinds of bread, it's very easy to use and the finished product is great.Everyone in my family enjoy having "home made bread" great taste to.

Best by far of the four or five bread makers I have owned over the years. The only difficulty I had was with the small, un-illuminated window in the lid where process selections/status are displayed.

Cuisinart makes a very nice bread maker. I first became interested in bread making when some of my family members developed problems with gluten. So, I looked for a nice bread maker and a good cookbook. The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook by Beth Hensperger is recommended. I have made a loaf of bread every week since I purchased the Cuisinart. It takes about 3 hours to make a loaf, so keep that in mind. Also, I always set the bread maker on light crust, because I have burned a loaf using the medium crust setting. You can put the machine on bake if the loaf needs more time, but the bread rarely needs to be baked past the light stage. I have made one gluten free loaf, which turned out dense but acceptable. I have had bread over proof, which makes the top cave in slightly after baking, but it still tastes delicious! I always thought bread making was too complicated for me, but the bread machine makes it easy.

I used to love the kneading part of bread making but now I am plagued with arthritis. My daughter gave me this machine and what a life saver! I still love homemade bread but don't have to suffer with my arthritis in my hands.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
