I received the machine as a Christmas present. Not happy or impressed with this bread maker. I followed the directions from the provided recipe book and made 3 different types of bread. White,Cinnamon Raisin and Italian all with the same results. Caved in tops, the crust was not a medium color or texture, the Italian breads crust looked a cantaloupe and all 3 loaves were inedible. Oh and the machine made the loudest knocking noise, with the Italian bread I added a little bit more water and the knocking stopped. I let the loaf cool and cut into it, it was raw. So back goes the machine, plus I wasted money on the ingredients I had to buy. Very unhappy.

I got this breadmaker for Christmas and love the versatility. It creates various size loaves and also creates many more items other than bread. Very easy to use.

I got this as a Christmas gift, but I had picked it out based on features and reviews. I wanted a machine with versatility and functionality, this certainly delivers!! From the well marked measuring cup & spoon, to the clean cut mixing paddle and bread pan, to all the different settings, this definitely is what I wanted in a bread machine. The included recipe book has some great recipes, however I also got the Ultimate Bread Machine cookbook by Betty Crocker, after comparing the basics I am using the larger cookbook for greater variety. Used it weekly since Christmas and can't wait to continue! My husband & 2yo son love the fresh bread. The lid doesn't have a lock on it so during the initial kneading, my 2yo is watching with awe!

My machine makes a terrible noise when in operation only when mixing. I read online reviews and there are quite a few complaints of the same issue. The recipes are not producing a good result either. I tried several and always the bread us extremely heavy or doesn't mix well.

Received as a Christmas gift. So far have been very pleased!! The quality of the bread has been excellent . Only issue has been inserting the pan. If not positioned a certain way machine will not work. The manual is zero help with this. Trial and error!!

I got this for Christmas, and I have to say that it is awesome! It does everything, leaving me to do other things. The recipes that I tried from the book that came with it didn't work well, but so far every recipe in the Betty Crocker bread cookbook have turned out exceptionally well. Invest in a bread maker cookbook, but remember that the ingredients have to go into the pan in a certain order. Overall, I am very impressed with this bread maker!

I opened the box. Read the instructios. Cleaned the pan, measuring cups and paddle. Added all the ingrediants, in the order recommended. Plugged it in and it beeped 7 times. I called the help line 264 times over 2 days and got a busy signal every time. I took it back to the sore and got my money back.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
