Advice We Stand Behind
Customer Reviews
We are so happy with our compact Cuisinart bread maker! It's super easy to use and we get good results every time. Just follow the instructions, choose the size, type and crust color and let the machine handle the rest. I make at least one loaf per week. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!
Not good. Does not knead well nor cook evenly. I did not like it
Cuisinart was great to quickly replace the bread pan for my new CBK-200 when the inside started pealing after 1 use. The bread is always darker on one end than the other. I have to make sure not to use the dark setting or one end will be nearly burned. I do like being able to turn off the mix-ins notification. All in all I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Not bad, but the bread came out better in my old CBK-100.
It is easy to use and makes great bread. I am able to use it with my child and we have a lot of fun
I've had this appliance for a couple of weeks now and it's currently making my 3rd loaf of bread. This time I'm trying the whole wheat recipe that came in the instruction manual and it's looking great. The smell of baking bread throughout the house is just incredible. Now, you can't just dump ingredients and set and forget. You have to keep an eye on the dough at first to make sure it's not too dry or too wet. I've found this to be the case with any bread machine. I set a timer for 10 min and then go check the dough. If it's a nice, smooth, round ball, everything is great. If not, you have to add some flour or water to the mix, a little at a time, until it's right. The 1.5 lb loaf is perfect for the 2 of us but one of these days I'll make a 2 lb loaf just to test the machine out. I love the retro stainless steel look of the outside. The handles are a great touch and the door is removable. The bread pan is much nicer than the one in my old Zojirushi machine. It's a little tricky to get inserted properly at first but now I've got the hang of it. All in all, I'm very happy with this bread maker.
I bought this because of its excellent design, because it is a convection bread machine, and especially because it has a Low Carb Bread cycle. Wonderful Cuisinart quality! We love it and use it every week - it even has a pizza dough cycle that makes perfect pizza dough for our new pizza oven!
Convenient, efficient, and aesthetically please. This machine does a fantastic job, and has potential to do even more then we have tried. Very pleased, worth the investment for homemade bread with half the effort.
Second time around, bread-machine bread-maker who's also done it by hand was happy to find this machine. My previous 1980s machine was a single tall loaf type and is now long since garaged-saled. Pros: Easy to use. Near perfect baking every time. Cons: The bale on the pan is hard to grab especially if your loaf has grown while baking. Hard to make the loaf release from the pan (even with cooking spray on the paddle). Machine lid attachment / hinge to unit is relatively flimsy; if the plastic insert breaks it's nearly impossible to re-attach securely (but the lid works fine without the hinge and this not affect baking functionality).
I'm so excited that I purchased this bread maker! I've wanted one for some time, but postponed the purchase. We have been making bread almost every day, and each time, the bread comes out perfectly! I highly recommend!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
