I know this is a superb brand as i own many other appliances by cuisinart. However, this bread maker hasnt been able to make a loaf once yet correctly. The top lid snapped off right after i received it so maybe that makes it impossible to make a load correctly. But i have tried 4 times to make a load of bread and just ended up wasting my time and supplies. I wasted alot of money and wish i would have gotten a different brand at this point. I cant return it but i cant get myself to throw it away either. Maybe mine got dropped in transit. The lid should never break off. It continues to burn the bread.

Too many beeps to remember for this and for that. Could be simplified. Otherwise, not a bad bread machine. Love ALL the bread choices, especially gluten free setting.

So far this is proving to be a good buy. I'm still getting used to it after my old Zojurishi died and I couldn't find a replacement. I find the directions a little confusing but I'm sure time and experience will help.

Easiest, most successful bread I've ever made. I purchased it so I could be in control of the additives and ingredients that are in bread. I can also make bread whenever I need and not be concerned about what is available on the shelf at the store. The bonus I didn't expect, is a wide variety of specialty breads that I can make. There are so many recipes in the book that I can't wait to use. They are more available on social media. This is the best small appliance I have bought since my Cuisinart toaster oven air fryer.

If you want conventional looking bread, use your oven after the third rise ( when the machine tells you to remove the blade). Whichever way you bake it, the bread machine is worth it. Light crust makes the crust color most similar to store bought.

This bread maker makes amazing bread. It is super easy to use and clean as well. There is only one issue with it and that is it often needs a bit of helping mixing the ingredients. I only ever have to give it hand for the first couple minutes of mixing. A simply spatula is all that is necessary to get the ingredients off the sides and mixed with the rest. However, this must bring down the rating because it means the delay start feature is ineffective. Without helping the machine mix, it simply does not use all the ingredients and you will be left with a chunk of unmixed ingredients stuck to the side of your baked loaf. Again, if you give it a bit of help, this is not an issue. I enjoy the bread maker a lot, I just know I cannot use the delay start feature and I am okay with that. Otherwise, five stars.

My favorite part is the feature that allows me to remove the paddle to prevent the big hole that's usually in bread made by a machine.

This bread machine is perfect for my husband and myself. We make a large loaf and it lasts for about 4 days. I have tried making several of the recipes and most of them have baked up perfectly. There's been a few loaves that didn't turn out. However there's a troubleshooting guide that comes with the manual and that seems to help. This is a very quiet machine and doesn't bounce at all.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
