The bread maker performed well and, after getting use to the programming, is very easy to use. My only disappointment is the texture of the bread itself, which I suspect has nothing do with the style or maker. I have now made several recipes using only the dough cycle and baking freeform in the oven. I like that bread a lot better. I've made marmalade in it too and am happy with that. So, keep experimenting with the recipes until you like the taste and texture of the results. The machine has a low profile in the kitchen which is very desirable.

The Cuisinart 2 lb bread maker is very nice. I am new to bread making and the recipes and instructions are nice. I really wish they would have made it a little larger, my eyes aren't as good as they once were. Have made about 8 loaves to date. We always eat most of it the day I make it. Nice, fresh bread. You have to love it.

Have used the Bread Maker at least once a week since getting it. Have made bread and pizza dough. This machine is fantastic!

After several times making bread, I've only made white bread & sour dough bread, this is an excellent machine. Key tips to do so far: Buy a bread machine book for more recipes, before the last rise be sure to pause at the beep and reach in and roll the dough away some and REMOVE the paddle(you'll be glad you did), and finally: AS SOON AS THE BREAD STOPS BAKING TAKE IT OUT! Oh, and do yourself a favor and buy a bread cutting knife. Preferably one that's off-set. Enjoy!!

This is a great bread maker with lots of bells and whistles. The cook time does have to be adjusted slights lower than recipe recommendations because it cooks really hot. Overall great performance.

Received it as a gift for Christmas. It is an excellent product as long as you pay attention to the setup instructions on the crust making sure you select light if you want a perfect loaf every time. The medium crust is okay but the dark is cooking too long and the crust is very dark.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
