I guess it's okay. I've used 3 different recipes from your booklet that the breadmaker came with. All 3 failed! I thought it was me, however, I have been making bread for awhile now by hand, ditch the recipe book, Cuisinart, or have recipes tried and true in your booklet. I was a professional chef once upon a time, your company has good products, but I was about ready to return this appliance back because off the recipes. Will try with other recipes that I have 1st.

The bread maker is very nice and has many useful features. It works well. You need to check the recipes for errors. Watch out for the 1 and 11/2 lbs ones especially. You are on your own when it comes support. I found support to be a waste of time.

As expected from Cuisinart, this bread maker performs well. Just follow closely the instructions on how to use the machine and you'll get wonderful bread each time. Our only disappointment with this machine is the crust settings. For us, anything except the lightest setting (so far) results in a crust that is much too dark and slightly uneven for our tastes. Clean up is easy, the menu makes sense to use - great machine!

I've been really pleased with the breadmaker. Easy to use and the break is wonderful. Easy to follow recipes also allow for slight modifications to the ingredients. Really cool and fun. A great investment.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago, so I ought this bread machine because I was tired of eating slice bread from the store I missed hot freshly made bread and I love it, I only have used the machine to make Gluten Free bread so I can't speak about the other settings since I haven't tried it, even my husband likes the bread, I used one of the recipes from the book that came with the machine and I am in love, for Gluten free bread it takes 2hrs and 42 minutes for a light crust which I love but all this time is mixing, rising and baking, is mess free, the bread comes soft, crunching on the outside, the best GF bread I ever had!! I used it at least once a week, sometimes twice.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
