Great machine and super easy to use. I've made a few loaves that came out great. I enjoy the recipe book. Quality is great and the stainless steel finish looks awesome in my kitchen.

My two attempts at bread making was not successful in spite of following the Cusinart recipe book. The whole wheat bread did not cook through inside or the top was sunken. All ingredients were fresh. I have an experience in making breads. Stainless steel quality is poor. Inner bread pot does not easily sit in the machine. It nearly took 30 minutes for me to set the bread pot in the machine. I was disappointed with the quality of this product.

I like the bread maker except for the fact the bread crust comes out really dark even on light crust. I dtick parchmrnt paper in on the last rise to help cut down on the color.

I have been very happy with other Cuisinart products, so I felt good about this purchase. I tried 3 different recipes and even bought new yeast, but all with the same, disappointing results. The bread hardly rose, and the texture and taste of the bread was not good. It was a dense, short loaf with a spongy texture and an unpleasant smell. I ended up returning the unit to the store where I purchased. I gave two stars because I did like the many options on the machine. We enjoyed many years of great loaves with our previous bread machine until it quit working, so I know it wasn't me doing rhings incorrectly.

The only thing that keeps this bread machine from a 5-star rating is the difficulty of getting the. Bread pan in and out of the machine.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
