I love this bread maker. I purchased my first one, and it was defective with a terrible noise during the kneading cycle. However, it was quickly replaced with a new one which is my favorite bread maker ever. My mom purchased one as well and we make bread together even though we live far apart.

This is the 1st bread maker I've bought and thus far I have been pleased.. Easy to use and lots of great options. Bought hoping to make both regular white bread for the kids and Gluten Free bread for me. I have been very happy with it to make white bread however for use of GF bread it is a little tricker. I am trying to make a GF loaf with GF 1:1 flour just for ease of less ingredients and time. I've accomplished one edible GF loaf but it still needs so work. WISH they would have a recipe for 1:1 flour!!!!

I bought this knowing the pan geometry is a comptimise but a well done 1. Every loaf so far and every batch of dough so far has been spot on. Pleased with the machine I recommended it to my daughter.

First loaf was medium crust—too dark. Light crust is great. Easy to clean and I love the way the smell of fresh baked bread permeates throughout the house. It's like a hug. Make sure to let the loaf sit for a moment before cutting. I got excited and sliced it up too quick and it deflated a bit. Good luck with your new bread machine! I say go for it!

This unit replaced an older Cuisanart bread maker I'd had for years. I am wishing I had replaced the older unit sooner now. This unit makes the most perfect loaf of bread that I have ever made in a bread maker. My old machine made "batman" bread, sunken in the middle with batman ears. Even the small 1lb loaf comes out perfect in this unit. It also has a button you can turn off to stop the alert for mix ins. I rarely use mix ins and I was always hoping I had the right alert to remove the paddle from the bottom, now I know when it's the right alert as I can silence the mix in alert. Such a great thing. This unit has far more menu items than I've been able to try so far, but after making dough, 2lb and 1lb loaves, I am delighted at not only the loaf shape, but the quality of the bread itself.

I have owned 3 bread machines. This one is the best. I haven't used all of the choices in the menu, but the ones I've used worked as expected. Most often I let the machine work the dough, then I shape and bake in the oven. I'm waiting for pizza dough to finish right now. I have also baked in this machine with excellent results. I am well pleased with my purchase and anticipate using it for years to come based on my experience with other Cuisinart products.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
