The reason this did not get 5 stars is because I bought one and it ruined 4 different loaves of bread. I sent it back. I ordered another and the second one works great.

I struggled to get decent bread from an older (non Cuisanart) machine forever. First regular white bread loaf, PERFECT!! Cinnamon roll dough, PERFECT. Banana walnut bread…PERFECT. My husband is going to gain a lot of weight now!! Great instruction booklet also makes all the difference in the world.

Love the 2 lb. setting. Wish the rapid bake worked for 2 lb., not just 1 & 1.5 settings. Would like them to provide a cinnamon raisin bread recipe where ingredients can just be added in, not requiring dough to be removed & rolled out. I created my own using the whole wheat setting with less wheat flour & added in needed ingredients. Medium & dark settings over bake the bread, must use the light one or bread is almost burnt. Still trying various settings to get it just right. The machine works, it's just not as good of quality as my old machine (another brand that is no longer made). I would have liked a heavier duty pan, that may help with baking better, or perhaps the heat element needs adjustment. For the cost it is alright though, just need to wait the long times needed to bake (4+ hours), or plan ahead & use the delay setting.

I love eating and making homemade bread but can't do the kneading anymore. This machine does it all, making having fresh, homemade bread easy. The pizza dough comes out fantastic so I can have pizza when ever I want it. So far, all my efforts have been successful with this machine. I love it.

This one is a replacment for an older Cuisinart Bread Maker. I like the buttons instead of the pressure pad. The way the bread pan locks in place is another improvment. I used most recipes from the book right now and they worked out great. Overall a great machine. The tips in the recipe book about how to measure the flour really solved a problem I was having with the bread top falling in. Once I started spooning the flour into the cup my loaves of bread have not collapsed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
