i found on assembly the hardware was appropriate, but the screws were not tightening into the welded on boly all of the way, or were difficult

Both of the sides were damaged on arrival, two new ones were sent, only one of the new ones was damaged, one new one was sent, it was damaged. It looks to be a quality product, but the grill is at our vacation home, so 10 weeks later, my grill is still laying around in pieces. Oh, in one day I was on hold for over 3 hours, and my call was never answered.

I would recommend the grill but the application Bilt must be modified to show the pieces in different colors. We cannot see anything black on black. I resorted to using the paper manual. We have not yet triwd the grill

This is the real deal. It's built with a better design than any other grill I have owned. I've only purchased grills sub 250.00 before this one and thought getting a new grill every 3 years was normal. I can see that the quality of this one should stand the test of time. We grill about 3-4 times a week and blast through 3 propane tanks a year if not more. So far I can see that the flames don't jump out of control like my other grill's when grilling some 80/20 GB. I am super impressed with the jet ignition too! My only complaint is that the back side by the grill seems a bit "open" and have had a burner blow out twice now. I may have to build a nice cozy lil wind blocking for it. Other than that I love this grill. I wanted a simpler one before I splurge for the Pro S in 10 years ;)

Excellent grill. Plenty of space to grill for the whole family. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the temperature gauge shows it is way hotter than it actually is. I use digital temp probes to check the heat before throwing anything on. Once you have the temp regulated it is pretty easy to keep it there.

Heats unevenly, the lid doesn't hold in heat and will be almost as hot as the thermostat, the thermostat is hundreds of degrees higher than the actual temperature.

Hi! We apologize for the confusion regarding the use of the side range burner. The side burner is designed for cooking sauces and side dishes while you grill your main meal. It's simple to light. Here’s how to use it: 1. Open the burner cover. 2. Push and slowly turn the side burner knob counterclockwise to the HIGH position until you hear a spark that lights the burner. 3. Continue to push down on the control knob until the burner ignites, then release it. 4. If the burner does not ignite, turn the burner control knob clockwise to the OFF position and wait for 5 minutes. Then, repeat steps 2 and 3. These instructions can also be found in the grill's manual. Enjoy your grilling experience!

Had first chance to use last night and worked fine. Had a little problem getting used to the auto starts. Also takes some time to understand the mix of burners and settings to get the temperature that you want. Only complaint would be that it would have been nicer if the cost was less.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
