I have found this oven to work great. It was not inexpensive, but it appears to be rock solid, and I can get it as hot as I want; over 1000 F to cook steaks last week after starting off (while at 800 F) with a half dozen 3 minute pizzas.

Easy to order online, no shipping issues, staff is very friendly, they were helpful with any questions. Everyone that comes over to my house always compliments my oven, love it. Most importantly, it makes great pizzas.

First time using it was successful. But there were no specific operating instructions included with the oven. I had to go on YouTube to find out how to use it. A DVD with quality instructions would be beneficial. I got a great DVD with an espresso machine. For this kind of money I would expect the same.

The oven is harder to put together then shown to be. The oven takes longer to heat up and takes more wood then in the explanation. The pizzas also take closer to 25 min to cook

My new brick oven came as promised in a few days. The driver who delivered it was outstanding. Assembling the base was really simple. The brick oven looked great and now that I have been using it daily for the last two weeks it's even better. WOW! What an experience. I have made pizzas, steaks, pork chops and every meal is better than the last. The oven heats up relatively quickly 30-45 minutes for a nice 750-800 degrees on the stone. Easy to clean and maintain. The chimney and door discolored as expected from the heat. I would recommend it to anyone. Already I have friends calling me about it. I am basically making dough 3-4 days a week for my kids and their friends to come over for pizza. That's what it's all about. This oven is turning me on to cooking. Don't wait just get it.

Fontana Forni is an amazing company to deal with. They answer calls and emails right away, even sometimes during non-business hours. I've had a few questions since we owned the oven and they are right there to answer. I wish all companies were like this! As far as the oven goes, we really enjoy it. It makes great pizza. I think this one is the best size being the medium one-not too big not too small. It heats up nicely in 30-45 or so minutes depending on how dry the wood is. The temp inside can reach nearly 800F, great for 2 minute pizzas. It retains heat nicely after I'm done with pizza and we usually make bread when it "cools" down to

I purchased the Mangiafuoco Oven this Fall, I have made many Pizza's, Chicken, Pork... It's the real deal... Very high in Quailty .... Look forward to many years of enjoyment.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
