Fontana Forni Mangiafuoco Wood-Fired Pizza Oven - Stainless - FTMF-S

Just finished cabinet for oven. The first piece of furniture for new outdoor kitchen. Oven received a couple of weeks ago and will be used first time tomorrow. The support from sales office exceptionally good, patient with old man, delivered ahead of schedule, packing of oven superb, and oven beautifully built. I spent more than intended for this oven but very happy I did. If you are on the fence about buying this brand don't be a great buy. Marvin, Riverton, UT.

I searched for a long time before I decided upon the Fontana Forni Mangiafuoco wood fired pizza oven. My wife and I wanted to start a family tradition of Saturday Night pizza and Movies by the pool with our little kids. To say this oven is nice is an understatement. I can't believe how quality this oven is. I can't say enough about the customer service as well. I called the company and it was understandably back ordered due to COVID and fortunately, I found one locally that as 'mislabeled' as a floor model due to the regular employee being out with covid and her replacement misunderstanding the invoice labeling. In any event, packing is to a T. The table is easy to assemble. I had two helpers get the oven onto the base and it is a welcomed addition and conversation piece to the back yard. Another thing that is just special about Fontana USA is the recipes and videos on their website. Such high quality and fun to watch and easy to follow. I really can't say enough about this company. If you have any hesitations, don't worry. It will last a lifetime. We have already cooked 12-20 pizzas over 3 movie nights and it is money so very well spent. My kids love making their own pizzas and to be able to spend quality time with them is priceless. It is working out better than I could possibly imagined--Pizza and Movie Night! I've only had my oven for a few weeks, and I'm still learning to manage the fire and the heat, but my pizzas have turned out amazing. I have been using a Big Green Egg up to this point for my pizzas. As great as the Egg is, in so many areas, a dedicated pizza oven is the superior way to go. Couldn't make this purchase without going all the way with the saputo stones.

This oven has received many excellent reviews, and I am happy to add to them. I received my Mangiafuoco oven last week, and it was everything that I expected it to be. It was easy to assemble the stand and mate it to the oven. Starting and maintaining fires is easy as well. The oven retains heat very well. The build quality is high. I've wanted a brick oven for quite a while and there certainly are a lot of choices out there. Kirk Laing does a nice job of explaining what differentiates this product from the others in the field in his Youtube videos. I based my purchase on this, as well as the reviews that I read here, and am very satisfied as a customer. I certainly am making some great Neapolitan and NY style pizzas, which was my primary goal. Both the product and the buying/delivery process have been excellent.

I love my new Mangiafuoco oven! Heats up quickly, uses minimal wood, makes great pizzas like I cannot get in any restaurant. It is beautiful and built like an Air Force jet engine. Got converter to go into a 6 inch stovepipe...drafts well even with 15 degree rise. Don't hesitate! Buy it!

I love my stove! Everything about this stove is easy. From ordering it, to delivery, to getting it set up on the stand. My neighbors are pretty jealous. We fired it up and made several pizzas that came out to be the best crispy pizza we've ever had no joke. I highly recommend the stove and this company.

So much was already said about it and I will agree with it all: Great customer service and great oven. Once you get familiar with the oven you will learn how to control and maintain temperature with only a small amount of wood. The Pizza oven is great not just for pizza but for a complete outdoor family diner. Tip: keep one-two logs in the oven (away from the fire), once you need to add wood, the heated logs will catch fire in seconds.

First, let's start with the Fontana Forni customer service. Absolutely extraordinary. This is a family business, and whenever I call, I seem to get a member of the family. They are beyond patient with my questions, and in fact are enthusiastically engaged in the conversation. It is clear that the employees love what they sell, and they want to their buyers to share in their passion for great construction and quality food. In short: my engagement with Fontana Forni ranks at the top of my best customer service experiences anywhere, for any product I've ever purchased. In fact, it is probably the best. My oven arrived just yesterday, perfectly packaged. I immediately fired it up. I purchased the Saputo stones, which I got up to almost 850. Pizzas cooked in about 90 seconds, as advertised. I attached a picture of my first pizza (not perfect, but tasted fantastic!). Setting up the oven was incredibly easy. (One tip - even with the stones removed, the oven is very heavy for two people, mainly because it is difficult to grip. I definitely recommend lifting with 3-4 people.) I let the oven cool overnight (it is still a little warm this morning) and will be making pizza for six people tomorrow night. I cannot wait to use the tuscan grill I purchased from Fontana Forni. The grill is sized to use maximum floor space in the oven, so I definitely recommend purchasing it direct from this site. I'm glad I did. My only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger earlier. If you are hesitant because this is a big spend (and it is), just go for it. You won't be disappointed in the product or the service that accompanies it. In this case, everything's as great as it seems.

This oven is fantastic! I researched every oven I could find on the internet for months and decided on the Fontana oven. Shipping was fast and easy, the oven came to my residence packaged well and without damage. The shipping company was very professional and the delivery person was super helpful. This oven is very well made, it exceeds my expectations. I have never cooked a pizza in my life so this was a learning experience for me. I made my dough, bought toppings and gave it my best shot! The oven heats up to 750 degrees in 30 minutes as advertised with very little wood. Once the oven is at temp it requires very little wood to maintain it. I am cooking 12 to 14 inch pies in around 90 seconds. We hosted a pizza party and my friends and family can't believe how awesome the oven cooks the pizza. The crust is perfect and the toppings are cooked just right. This oven is an absolute beast! Everyone can't wait till the next pizza party! I am in love with my oven and enjoying it very much! I also purchased the pizza peel's from Fontana and they are fantastic, very easy to launch the pizzas! Trust me if you are in the market for an oven, this oven will not disappoint! My wife and sons just surprised me on Father's Day a few weeks ago with the Mangaiafuoco wood fired pizza oven, all stainless steel, with stand. It is phenomenal!! Exceeds our expectations in terms of quality, design, ease of setup, start-up of wood fire, heat output, heat retention and cooking quality of the pizza. We are surprised with how economical it is in terms of wood consumption - lots of heat produced with a small amount of wood required. My sons and I have already made about 60 pizzas 10'-12" diameter (we have a big family) using your dough recipes. The variety has included margherita, sausage/pepperoni, cream/prosiutto/zucchini blossoms/scallions/cheese. We've found the Fontana Forni USA video recipes to be well-produced and easy to follow. The recipes yield great results for the dough and you've given us many tips that have made for a successful experience with the oven. We've also made oven-roasted chicken, lamb chops, scallops and shrimp. To top it off, my wife related nothing but an exceedingly positive experience speaking with your customer service team. You were patient, informative, gracious and treated her with respect. You really care and it shows. Such welcome and personal customer service in this day and age! Even delivery was on time and the product arrived safely. The freight delivery person from R+L carriers was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful product that has really brought joy to our family in these troubling times. (Let's face it, food brings people and families together.)
