I was gifted the E-series, unfortunately it couldn't keep up and basically just steamed burgers. I ended up with this griddle as a replacement. The intent was not for camping, but for the ability to put it away when not in use. My wife seems to think that 4 full size outdoor cooking devices is too much, smh. I used the griddle frequently for a little more than a month, packing it up and putting it away a couple of times. I like the griddle but the first issue is the griddle lock underneath the case. It can be tricky, as it spins freely and doesn't have a stopping position. The second thing missing is rubber feet on the underside when you set it down like a suitcase. It just rests on the venting fins. But the biggest issue is the poorly designed handle. After only a couple of uses, the handle snapped off, and it slammed to the ground. I like the griddle, but I can't imagine using it frequently in a camping setting.

I bought this unit to replace the grill that came with our camper's outdoor kitchen. I liked the idea of the side burner and griddle access in one unit. We've only used it a few times, but so far its been great. Love that we can use the quick connect accessory to hook it up to the main gas supply of the camper. I do wish it had a steal griddle, and would consider purchasing it as an upgradable part if it became available.

Blackstone makes some amazing things, and we were super excited about this product. I understand trying to save weight when making a camping product but the housing on this is terrible. The handle broke off when carrying from the truck to the campsite first day. The hinge broke twice. Once I was able to get it back together and the other time I wasn't. Scratches super easy. The lock for the griddle plate is also terrible to get on and off. Will try to send back. Probably try to go to another small blackstone with bag. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Just received my griddle and expected better quality for the price. There were loose screws from the lid inside and one of the c clips had fallen off the griddle lockdown and the other wasn't seated

Similar to some other reviews I had the hinge nut and screw fall of while cooking and my ignition button is completely loose. This is all on the first use

Overall cooked great, however the plastic handle broke as I was carrying it to the car. I bought this for the quality of cooking and the compatibility/easy of moving. So much for that last part. The plastic handle needs to be improved and a more study option needs to be available.

As soon as I saw an ad for this I ran out and bought it for my husband. He was so excited to receive this and immediately took it out of the box to check it out. He held it by the carrying handle and the plastic holding the handle in immediately broke and the stove fell to the ground and he was left holding just the handle. So disappointed. Now I have to go and return it. I will not be buying another one because I imagine it would just happen again since the plastic was so weak.

This is our 3rd Blackstone have the big one with the air fryer for the house, the 22" we take to different events and now this one. We bought this about a month ago to replace having to take both a griddle and a stove when we go camping. We've used it probably around 20 times and absolutely love it. It cooks great, clean up is so easy, light weight and compact. Only complaint would be the hinge. Just have to remember to pull up on its lock to close it, not a big deal. Seams well built and have had 0 problems with the coated top. Would definitely buy again.

Love that Blackstone is offering smaller units aimed primarily at campers and over landers. However, the non stick teflon is a huge miss and seems to be the greatest complaint about this particular stove.. A steel griddle would make this unit more appealing and practical for its target audience. Please at least make a steel griddle as an upgrade option.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
