This has completely changed how I cook and clean for cooking at camp. It's been so easy to setup and use for any meal I'm trying to cook. Cleaning with just a wet paper towel has been a game changer after years of scraping burn on food from a pan. Will never go back to a normal stove again.

While I love the operation of my new Blackstone Camping Griddle with its even heating and good quality of most parts, I am thoroughly disappointed with certain assembly quality and design issues. Frustration - the griddle lock takes at least 4-5 attempts to actually secure the top to the base. Assembly failures: After 3 light uses, the carrying handle fell off! The mounting screws were not secured properly causing the support brackets to twist (see pic). The second - the hinge lock for the cover was not securely tightened and came loose (nearly falling off!). The nut is so small that tools in my set did not fit to properly tighten (pic). Access to the handle screws is prevented as the metal plate is secured with rivets! It is disappointing that a firm such as Blackstone with a good reputation for quality would be so careless in their quality control and design to allow simple repairs. The second

We bought this to reduce weight we were hauling in our camper. We own another brand and we were very pleased with it, but light it is not. The Blackstone has some great features such as leveling capability, easy to clean and put away and all we have to do is close the stove to store it, where as with our other one, we had to clean the grill which was harder to do and stick it in the bag. Now, do I like there is a coated surface? Well I definitely can see that degrading in time, so hopefully there will be an option to buy a new top for it. It is lighter though and that is a huge thing when you are camping. We haven't suffered any issues with broken parts or so forth yet....maybe we just got lucky with our unit...don't know. We enjoy using it when we take our camper out and it is so much easier to deal with on breakdown day. Defintely no complaints yet!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
