The Perfect Companion for the Woodwind 24. Very high quality material, fits the 24' woodwind grill AND sear box like a glove. I love the chimney part of this cover. Just perfect. I don't keep it out in the weather, but it does get covered when not in use. If you are on the fence, do it. You will not regret buying this for yours.

The cover seems to be good quality but does not fit a 24" grill with sidekick attachment. It is tight and will rip out on the corners of the sidekick. Looking for Camp Chef to offer more options to fit the products better in the future. Ordering a 36" for now to see if it will cover the Woodwind 24 w/ sidekick better.

I received a Camp Chef smoker from my daughter for a Father's Day, Birthday, Christmas gift. And I have to say.......Wow! I read the manual and said, Man there's seems to be more to this than I thought. Then, my daughter's boyfriend made my birthday dinner and showed me how to work it. Been at it ever since. I ordered a cover for my 24 in smoker. But I received a 36 inch cover. Well, it's a little big, but it works. So, other than the size glitch, Everything is great.

Very well made. The material is very heavy duty. It fits like a glove and slides over the grill easily. I was also very impressed buy the speed of shipping. Thank you Camp Chef for a great accessory for my new pellet grill.

After a season of being on my patio, the material started to break down from UV. Very easily torn while removing. After two and a half, its own weight was causing it to tear at random spots on top where the UV is direct. I duct taped the inside to try to help it last. It's beyond saving after another year. It has also been leaving a powder like residue on anything that touches it, since it started breaking down. The fitment is not good when you have a propane tank installed for the search box. I guess making your own is the only other option, I wouldn't buy another one of these.

This cover is advertised as fitting the XXL WIFI Vertical Smoker. Unfortunately, it does not. The cover needs to be about another 6 inches bigger around to actually get over the pellet hopper. The cover is made very poorly in general, see below where the stitching gave out trying to get it over the pellet hopper fresh out of the box. At this price point, a "pull over" design is pretty cheap and a proper zipper or elastic band around the bottom of the grill should be used. This is absolutely not a $60.00 accessory.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
