I have had my camp chef pellet smoker for almost 3 years I have absolutely not one complaint its the most used cooking utensil in the house , love it . The cover is a little over a year old and its falling apart every time I use it this year . It started with a small hole on the corner of the hopper now it is a giant gash almost unusable now Camp Chef please step up the quality on the covers I would hate to put a traeger cover on my campchef smoker

I had the Grill and Sidekick unit for a few months. It is of nice quality cover. The grill and options are well thought out. Though the cover is too small and tight fit when the sidekick and propane tank are added to the grill.

With the sidekick attached the cover goes from tight to barely fits. Can't get a good connection with the Velcro straps anymore and I'm pretty sure metal will start poking through soon. Material and construction is great, needs a bespoke cover, not some generic tarp that kinda works

The cover fits my 24SG smoker but only lasted 1 year and started to deteriorate and rip when taking the cover on or off.

This is a nice and convenient cover and is sturdy but mine did not last more than a couple of years being e posed to the elements. It deteriorated and ripped.

Purchased in 2018. Stored on North side of house under soffit overhang has to be windy to get wet not much sun either. Just smoked 25 lbs of venison sausage in 19F weather. Smoker is great. Cover is crinkly and dry rotted and just got its first hole where my thumb poked through. Happy enough with it to repurchase but it is on the pricy side to replace every 3 years.

I bought the Woodwind grill less than four years ago and have enjoyed using it. It seems like a quality product. However, the grill cover is a different story. I am on the third cover. After about a year the cover starts to tear and soon large holes appear. It's does not hold up to Iowa weather.

I bought this several months ago. Before I had the sidekick, I loved it. It got great and was easy to take on and off. After attaching the sidekick I realized it barely fit. It's a real pain to get on and off, and already has a small tear at the stitching- probably because you have to wiggle it around so much to get it to fit. If you DON'T have a sidekick I would definitely recommend this. If you DO have a sidekick, don't get this.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
