Cleanup isnt as easy as i have been told. I asked 2 years ago and was told that Cast iron griddle top isnt available, yet any way, for the 3 burner ultimate griddle, is it available now or is there an after market one? It would be awesome to have a replacement for the ceramic griddle.

I have owned this for about a year the non stick surface is terrible, considering throwing whole unit in metal scrap pile and buying a blackstone.customer service was no help, they were supposed to email me instructions on cleaning but that was a month ago. Don't waste your money on this product. I have used a friends blackstone griddle I think it's muck better and easier to clean and cheaper to buy.

Bought this model a couple months ago works great made with sturdy and quality materials! Easy to clean and maintain, and cooking surface heats and cooks evenly on all three zones. Minor downsides are if you use metal utensils they can damage ceramic coating which can lead to rust. Pretty easy to avoid use wood or silicone utensils..I use bamboo spatulas works great. Other downside assembling for the first time. Big unit with lots of parts be sure to have a nice flat open space to work when unboxing.. aside from that an excellent grill that's built to last with proper maintenance!

Just bought to replace the rolled steel, constant need of attention and maintenance premier griddle and so glad that I did. They cook the same but the limited clean up and maintenance this requires makes this so much better and easier. My only issue with PB is the height of the overall support structure of the stand; the cooking surface of the griddle might be taller than my other but the wings, paper towel holder, etc, are not built for average and above height men. I have a support cart from HF so all good there. Love the ease of wiping this down after making a meal. Thank you PB for the ceramic cooking surface.

I bought this less than a year ago. In that short time, the griddle coating has started to rust away. We called customer service and they told us to take it to Walmart. We called Walmart and they said that's completely wrong and to call them back. On the second try, they told us the rust isn't covered under the warranty. According to them, cooking on rust is a cosmetic issue (which isn't covered) and not a performance issue (which is covered). Crap product and extremely crappy service. I will never buy any of their products ever again. You've been warned.

I received this griddle as a Christmas present. I cooked on it for the first time last night. I was amazed at how well the griddle cooked the burger's and onions. I also toasted my buns on the griddle as well. Clean up was a breeze. I have cooked on my dads black stone and would choose the Pit Boss griddle every time.

I received this as a birthday present (after dropping several HINTS). I absolutely love it. I can cook my whole meal all at 1 time and clean-up is a breeze.

Received for my birthday yesterday…. Made a ton of hibachi today.. works great! Heats fast and the cleanup only took a few minutes… was a bit concerned about not being able to use metal tools and you can't cut the steak and chicken on the cooktop but overall, this will be getting used a lot

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
