Decent griddle. Appreciate the nonstick coating and ability to start cooking right away without having to season the surface. Only downside and reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the shelves being a little dinged up. No indication of damage on the packaging so it could have been damaged prior to packing. Also, on one of the shelves there is some apparent bubbling of the powder coating already appearing after only a couple of weeks ownership. Plan to remove the griddle form the stand and install into an outdoor kitchen (reason for going with the lift off style) so the shelves are only needed temporarily for me but for others this could be a bigger issue.

I have numerous smokers and grills. I enjoy them all but never had a griddle before this. Bought it this afternoon and already I can tell I'm sold on the nonstick tip and even-heating surface. First cook was smash burgers and I couldn't be happier with the result and easy cleanup. Great product Pit Boss.

This thing is great there is some learning on it I had 2 other griddles with no coating, and this is much easier to keep clean. I clean with soap & water and its ready for the next cook no need to oil. Love this thing.

Overall grill is really great except the igniter does not work. I have to lite the grill with a match.

Our previous grill went bad, so we decided to upgrade to a griddle for the first time. We've had 3 cooks on it so far and absolutely love it. Easy to cook and quick clean-up. Very pleased so far.

I bought this griddle 2 months ago and would recommend the ultimate highly to everyone. The only problem I had was the first time I used it burned the bacon. Since then everything had been great! The griddle top cleans easily and nothing so far has stuck to it. Steaks,pancakes,french toast,and mushrooms all came out fantastic.I am glad Iresearched all the griddles out there first.

Rear legs ripped out of frame 1st time I lifted it off and tried to use without the cart. Also broke the ignition switch. Bad customer support trying to send me legs that won't screw in because The frame is ripped out where they bolt on. Griddle is useless and Pitboss doesn't stand behind their junk

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
