Sales team ( Sam ) was great , said it was ready to ship and even though I had a cheaper price for a July 1st shipping , time was important so I decided to buy with bbq guys. I was talking to the sales person , what could go wrong ? Well - bought it yesterday and excited to even see a shipped email ( it was just an accessories ) and today I got the news "you have great taste BUT Sorry it's back ordered to end of July" Ok - why do you say it is in stock when you are drop shipping from the manufacturer? Why does your sales team says it is in stock when … it's not ?? You need to call monti Alpi and ask them at least before saying , because ../ you drop ship , you don't have stock. Thanks bbq guys. Ruining summers one customer at q time: and no , I am not looking for discount, and I would pay extra to have expedited .

Fridge just stopped cooling after 5 months. was great until then. excellent fit look and feel but stopped performing what it was supposed to. reaching out to BBQ guys support and waiting to hear back and will update post, and hopefully move the score up - but it is frustrating the fridge failed. sor far rest of the island and the apparatus are working well. would also share that teh screws supporting the top of the infra red side burner came loose and need to be tighterned periodically and 1 bolt of the 2 on the main handle also came loose

I ordered this grill from bbqguys a few months ago. I am really impressed. When the grill arrived, it was packaged thoughtfully and there was no damage. It was easy to unload, and easy to install (assembly/attachment of just a few big island pieces). We did the propane to natural gas conversion using the manufacturer's instructions and the youtube video, and it was fairly straightforward even for someone who is not super handy with tools. Be sure to call Mont Alpi directly for the propane conversion kit (hoses, regulator) if you do this. The grill itself is very well designed and constructed, the materials and finishes are all high quality. It is beautiful. This grill is well worth the money. Both BBQ guys and Mont Alpi had great customer service throughout and answered questions quickly and completely.
Questions & Answers
Hi Sman. The Mont Alpi 805 Island will require a minimum 110-volt, 15-amp circuit. Each refrigerator has an amperage draw less than 1 amp, as will the lighting in and on the grill. The infrared burner is gas powered.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
