Looking for a minimal, timeless sofa design. I went for the version without arm cushions in Ashe. It looks better in person. Assembly is quick and simple. One of my best purchases this year.

The product seems great. I was really happy that at 6 feet tall I could fully stretch out on the sofa. 4 stars (1) because the instructions could be clearer, particularly about where to align the bracket pilot holes for driving the wood screws, and (2) because the screws were cheap and couldn't withstand the torque needed to drive them, necessitating a trip to the hardware store for hardened steel screws.

Writing this 3 days after assembling The Sofa and The Ottoman. It's been so nice to have an outdoor living room that looks so good and is worth every penny. The wood quality is top notch, and the cushions look and feel high end. With all this California rain we have just had, I couldn't be happier with how well the matching covers work. Nothing beats having a cup of coffee outside in the corner of this sofa with the feet up. Now I see a spot for something else from Neighbor, I wonder what it'll be?

Looks very nice. Excellent feel to the canvas upholstery. Was fairly easy to assemble by myself in about an hour. Comfortable to sit in. Now it’s time to find the perfect throw pillows!

We are thrilled with our new 3 seater sofa and 4 seater. They are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Truly superior to other outdoor furniture from other companies! I am confident we will be enjoying these couches for many years!

Great sofa. Love the design and look. Sunbrella fabric seems fantastic so far. Pillows don't stay perfectly in place, they slide around -so the sofa can look a little untidy without a to of zshooshing

LOVE this product! I searched far and wide for a modern couch for outdoors that would last and stay in great shape. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and we love the product but also as important is the customer service I was able to receive. We also bought the 2 chairs because we loved the couch so much!

Lovely sofa! My husband was nervous to get a white outdoor sofa but it has held up perfectly and is easy to keep clean. Very comfortable. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
