Easy to assemble (did so by myself up until the very end). Looks sleek and classy. Hard to find good quality outdoor furniture‚ looked for many months before landing on Neighbor. I love the dark charcoal color we chose.

This is a perfect size for our deck. It doesn't overwhelm the space and it is solidly built.

We ordered the coffee table and a sectional as well as covers for both. The covers were delivered within a week or 2. The coffee table took about a month. We ordered all of it July 4 hoping to have it for the summer. It wasn't until after Labor Day that we had a complete sectional and that was after MANY attempts to get straight answers regarding the delays. We even had cancelled our order only to learn that the item had shipped the same day we cancelled, so decided to stick with receiving the sectional (at this point we had assembled the coffee table and realized the good quality of their products). When that shipment finally arrived, it was an incomplete sectional‚we were beyond frustrated but at that point it would've been a bigger hastle to try to return the products. All of this to say‚the table and sectional are good quality and easy to assemble. However, if you have any expectations for a delivery timeframe, shop elsewhere. We have yet to truly enjoy our furniture that we ordered July 4.

We placed the order on May 29 with an estimated 3-4 week shipping date, but the order didn't ship until July 16. Upon arrival, one of the armrests had a crack in it. That said, Neighbor reimbursed us ~4% for the troubles/delays and replaced the cracked armrest, and we're very happy with the final product.

I really love the sectional! After oiling the teak, the wood is STUNNING! Delivery took about 5 weeks, and we were missing a few screws (and had an extra leg?), but overall I'm super happy with the purchase!

The cushions are nice and thick. The gray color has other flecks of color in it if you look up close, which looks really nice. The teak wood is so smooth, really nice quality. The manual was a little difficult to follow, but it wasn't too complicated to put together. Like some other reviews, I was missing a few bolts, but they shipped what I needed within a few days. The cushions do move around some, but there are ties in the back to help. I think the ties are not in the best location so I opted not to use them.

Comfortable and stylish - just what we wanted for our backyard renovation. We got the matching cover, which fit perfectly. The dark gray color looks sleek and doesn't show dirt.

We really love our 7-piece sectional. It's modern, comfortable, and was pretty simple to put together. The quality control was a little off; we had an extra leg, were missing 4 screws, and one of the armrests cracked within a few days of being out in the sun. Neighbor sent us replacement screws and a new armrest no questions asked, and also gave us some additional money to buy some sealer/protector products to protect the couch from the harsh Colorado sun. Looking forward to using this teak furniture for many years to come!
