With small kids and a pool, we wanted something durable yet with style for our backyard patio. We also wanted to seat more people than an average sectional. Thanks to the customization options Neighbor offers that's exactly what we got! We love our sectional and it's the perfect thing to transform our backyard space into an outdoor living room!

This sectional fits perfectly on our new patio. It's modern and timeless. Comfortable too. We get compliments on it every time we host. A solid piece of furniture that seems like it will last a long time.

Love the teak frame and the ease of assembly .. however we find the thin cushions less than comfortable and more like Outdoor office furniture than comfortable lounge experience.

We bought the U shaped sectional with the wood arms (not cushion arm) in rust with an extra modular unit. We love it. Had a few hiccups with putting it all together- it didn't come with enough screws and there were other minor issues with assembly (that's why I docked 1 star). Customer service was super nice and friendly but we still needed to wait for the final few screws to arrive before we could use it, so we felt frustrated given the price we paid for this sofa. Now that it's complete I'm really happy with it. It looks great, dries nicely and seats a lot of friends and family. It looks more like indoor furniture than the usual wicker or metal look of outdoor furniture. We haven't gone through a NYC winter yet but the cover we purchased fits well so hopefully that will help. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Wow! This sectional is awesome! I looked far and wide for a quality outdoor sectional and was not disappointed. The wood is extremely well made and looks amazing. Cushions are a little firm out of the box but I expect them to relax with use. Also love how tailored the sectional cover is! So excited about this purchase!

We are thrilled with our new sectional from Neighbor. While it took a afternoon to assemble, my husband and I were able to do it together (and without any squabbling :wink:). I had many questions before placing the order and Allie in customer service was always there to answer my questions and provide support (including helping make a final cushion color choice‚ which we love!). Living in New England with our ever-changing weather, we purchased the cover to go with the sectional and it fits perfectly. Easy on/Easy off. Neighbor is producing high quality outdoor furniture and we look forward to enjoying our purchase for years.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
