The seat is a great product. Almost exactly what I expected in terms of quality and price. Main issue I had was with how poor the assembly instructions are written. Ended up having to take apart and reassemble once over because I missed aligning the holes on the seat ends with the back support beams.

Love the look and feel, the instructions could be a little better but overall happy with the product. Happy I got the covers since it's exposed on my deck.

This couch is GORGEOUS and elegant and well made. But I'm worried about how the white fabric will hold up over time. Since its Sunbrella, I was under the assumption it was easy to wipe down and clean - but I've already had a few spots (thanks to my dog's paws) that are tricky to get out. I think I'd avoid white if I were to order again.

I love the furniture's aesthetic and comfy factor. We have little kids so we will treat the fabric, but it's also easy just to throw a blanket over top to keep from food and dirty shoes. We've been lounging and spending time together all weekend since we got these!!

After waiting for what felt like forever for the loveseat to arrive, we were sent a couple of wrong pieces so our wait was extended by an extra week. Customer service quickly sent the right pieces and overall i would say the loveseat is worth the wait. It's really comfortable, has a great style and is fairly easy to put together.

I researched outdoor furniture for days and days and was so frustrated until I found Neighbor. It's by far the best value I had found. The materials are high quality and sturdy for a reasonable price considering how pricey outdoor furniture can get! Order early as shipping is unpredictable still. Mine was delayed a few weeks but it was worth the wait. I spend time on my deck almost every night. The loveseat + ottoman are the perfect combo for a loungey corner in a small outdoor space. I also love that I can eventually upgrade to a larger couch when I move into a larger space. Don't wait, buy it now!

My husband and I looked everywhere for QUALITY outdoor furniture and we are so thankful to have found Neighbor. Everything else just did not compare. It's truly the best of the best. I felt bad leaving it outside when we first got it because its so nice and comfy. Ha! Highly recommend the Loveseat and the Chair. The Coffee table is also gorgeous and compliments the furniture well.

This was our first purchase of outdoor furniture ever and we were a bit nervous about spending so much, especially without seeing it in person. The Neighbor team was very responsive to our questions and they even helped us with a layout plan for our small backyard space, steering us towards the loveseat rather than the sofa. It was the right choice and the loveseat is perfect for seating us both with our small daughter. When the furniture arrived it was easy to put together with clear instructions. The quality is top notch, the design is beautiful, and the generous cushions are very comfortable. The Neighbor team continued to be responsive and helpful to questions after delivery. We can't wait for spring to arrive so we can spend more time outside!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
