This is a beautiful loveseat--until you sit on it. The cushions (seat, side and back) slide everywhere once you sit on them. If two people are sitting on the loveseat, a huge gap forms in between the cushions. There is no netting the cushions rest on, so items like phones easily drop through onto the hard patio. The cushions constantly need to be rearranged otherwise the loveseat looks completely shabby. It looks so bad that I've often wondered if I've assembled it correctly (and have confirmed multiple times I have). For this price point, I expect comfort, function and style. Sadly, this loveseat is lacking on all three.

I was very very excited about the loveseat, because the design is beautiful and I was stoked to support a smaller business. Assembly was relatively easy, although some of the screws were missing and some were damaged. Ultimately, the sofa is not very comfortable. The cushions slide around and are super thin. We much prefer our West Elm Playa - it's way more comfortable to sit in for long periods!

Love the look of these pieces and find them fairly comfortable. The issue is that the bottom cushions slide out all the time. We have the love seats in a screened porch and sit on them a lot, and every time the bottom cushions slowly slip forward. This makes them less comfortable and we're constantly pushing the cushions back in. Seems like there must be a way to add some sort of ties or something to prevent this. If the cushions stayed put, I'd rate the pieces a 5.

We found neighbor when they were doing their pop-up with Local Nomad. My husband and I had been looking for quality (modern looking) patio furniture and everything was really expensive for average quality at best. When we talked to the guys at the pop-up they were very friendly, explained how they use the best quality materials and we loved that you can add pieces on later to change your space. We love the quality, and design and we'll be back for future pieces!

Nice, lightweight outdoor sofa. Lovely design, and it was easy to put together. Nice depth. Having the same issue others mention with the cushions sliding out, and I wish the cushions on the seat and back were thicker. If you happen to be sitting on the seam between the segments the cushions also sink down a lot, so maybe they need to be thicker or have stronger edges? Even though it's quite nice it feels a bit lightweight for the price and I'm not sure I'll continue to add modules and other pieces like I had planned. Mostly because of the cushions, I think? The highlight is without a doubt the customer service. Very responsive, very considerate, and helpful!

I bought the loveseat in green and it's a beautiful color. It was also well-packed, no damage whatsoever in transit, and super comfortable once it's set up.

We've just had our loveseat assembled for a week so can't speak to the longevity of it, but thus far we love it! Very sturdy, the fabric is beautiful, and it looks fantastic on our porch. Only giving 4 stars because the cushions are VERY firm, while we would have preferred something a little more sink-in-able. Hoping they'll break in. Overall, it's great and we will likely be adding more pieces in the future!

We love the look and the quality of these pieces! Our backyard just got an UPRGRADE! I don't live that the cushions especially side cushions collapse when you move around or stand up/sit down. Im going to try sewing on some ties...

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
