We set up the Coal colored Loveseat on our back porch and love it. Assembly was simple, my 5 year old was able to help me. Definitely comfortable enough for an afternoon snooze with your legs up. Everything seems to be of good quality -- looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

It took longer than expected to receive our Neighbor furniture, but it was very easy to assemble and seems to be very high quality. We really like how deep the seat is. Seems durable, still comfy, and very nice looking

We have had this about 3 weeks and between my wife and teens it has been perpetually occupied since. Set up was easy and delivery was way faster than expected. Red color is even better in person that it looks on the site, we were on the fence and now glad we chose it!

The look is very good. Side and back cushions not ideal. Side cushions tend to fall through side arm and back cushions easily slip downward and push seat cushions off platform. I'm experimenting with Velcro. I think back cushions should be thicker and fit more snuggly in the piece.

This love seat is such a beautiful addition to our patio that should last for a long time. The shade of cream and the wood tone are perfect. The cushions on the side give it a great look and feel. My only issue is that the wood did have a few small scratches and dents in it on arrival, which is disappointing at this price point, but they're not noticeable once assembled.

We are really pleased with the loveseat. Right out of the box we could tell it was well constructed and high quality. And it's really comfortable too. We've received numerous compliments on it. It's also been outside now through some rainy days and the cushions have held up perfectly and dry quickly. Couldn't be happier!

We ordered our outdoor furniture during the COVID pandemic and have been so impressed with the customer service in addressing delay times and updates on expected delivery. The furniture is amazing in both aesthetics and quality. We ordered both the 2 seater couch and the 3 seater. Highly recommend!

We ordered this for our new house and love it! We have a toddler and we appreciate that stains easily are removed. It's also super comfy! Highly recommend.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
