Neighbor Chair W/ Teak Arms - Sunbrella Coal

Can't say enough about how much we LOVE our sofa and chairs! We looked forever for the perfect outdoor furniture. My husband likes to sit on furniture and our dog and I like to lounge in furniture, so it was tough to find seating with the right bench depth and comfort. We bought the flat-arm chairs -- perfect for sitting up in and resting a drink on the arm -- and the sofa with the cushion arms -- perfect for curling up and for lying down! And Roxy LOVES that the cushion arm is the perfect height for her chin. And the look is perfection: the modern, clean lines flow beautifully from our interior, and really elevate our yet-to-be renovated deck. When we do finally get around to expanding the deck we'll be back for a custom dining set, and more lounge seating for sure. Had neighbors over to lounge and now they're ordering their own! We love supporting a smaller business, and really appreciated Allie's support as we made our decision on which pieces to buy. Everything shipped within a month, and the covers arrived first, which we really appreciated. The covers are excellent quality -- super easy to put on and take off. And assembling the furniture was quick and easy too. Five stars all around. Thanks, Neighbor!

We love the durability and good looks of our cushion seating, and this was an add-on order to add to previously purchased HiNeighbor items. This time, however, our chairs arrived with manufacturing defects that prevented us from assembling them. But HiNeighbor customer support was very responsive and promptly shipped new frames to resolve our issue. I can honestly say customer support this good is a rare thing indeed.

The delivery took a while on this chair, putting it together was easy but its not the most comfortable chair and the arm cushions feel a little "cardboardy"

I ordered the Neighbor sofa, and two chairs and so far they've been just okay. Each item in the order arrived separately which was frustrating as we couldn't determine how we'd like them all as a set, and fell outside of the return timeline by the time the last item arrived. The construction of the pieces seems good, and overall they were very easy to assemble. This was the biggest plus for us. The biggest issue we've experienced though is comfort. The cushions are rock-hard, and the back cushions are very thin. Because of the netting underneath, the cushions all slide around as you're sitting on them, making it even it even more uncomfortable and meaning you have to rearrange the cushions every time you stand up. Overall, the pieces look fairly nice but for the price, I'm very disappointed in the level of comfort and wouldn't recommend.

I love everything about my neighbor furniture! The cushions are firm but also have plenty of give when you sit. They quickly return back to perfect shape afterwards. The fabric is high quality and cleans up really easily. I have a dog, so I knew I'd be frequently cleaning dirty prints. It cleans up with just a damp cloth. I had a hard time choosing between the cushion arm and teak arm, so I did one of each. I like them equally well. The cushion arms are obviously softer, but the teak arm allows a place to rest my coffee mug. I'm thrilled with my new seating area. Fives stars!!

Overall, this chair is wonderful. It's sleek, was easy to assemble, feels very solid. Two things that bug me. There's a minor pinstripe pattern to the black fabric that didn't really show up online. It's not a deal breaker but not my favorite. Second, the armrest pillows only tie in the back corner so sometimes they skip out at the bottom. They don't completely fall out, but it just looks messy. Overall, these things are minor and the chair is really great‚it's even better when considering how affordable they are.

The construction is quality, self assemble with easy instructions. We ordered the charcoal grey cushions and are happy with the color & quality. Looking forward to hanging out on our deck with these chairs!

We love the look and the quality of these pieces! Our backyard just got an UPRGRADE! I don't live that the cushions especially side cushions collapse when you move around or stand up/sit down. Im going to try sewing on some ties...

I purchased 2 of these chairs and they are large. They were easy to put together and made of quality material. I love them with the sofa. Makes a great conversation are on the patio. They are also timeless in design so they won't go out of style in a few years.

We have two chairs & a loveseat. They're well made and look good! The folks at Neighbor are always very responsive and show great customer service. High quality all the way around.
