The loveseat provides exactly what I need for my outdoor balcony. It feels and looks great. Fairly easy to put together, only took ~20 minutes. Bummed to find loose threads on a couple of the cushions. Wouldn't expect to see that for a loveseat in this price range.

We love our loveseat! We were a bit wary of buying furniture online but it arrived packed very securely and was really easy to put together. It looks exactly as we pictured it and is comfortable to sit in.

We are very happy with our purchase. Very nice and clean looking. The frame and fabric seem very nice and durable. Just ordered the covers so this furniture will last for a long time.

Hey folks, Tough to pick a rating between Okay and bad. Issues with the product we purchased: 1. Really short and fairly small vs how they look in your photographs. 2. The Charcoal color is really a lot greyer than in any of the photos on your site or crate and barrel. 3. Lots of loose threads coming out of the stitching of the cushions seams. 4. The biggest one is that the cushions are wildly uncomfortable. I talking like 2 out of 10. It was just so disappointing.

We set up the Coal colored Loveseat on our back porch and love it. Assembly was simple, my 5 year old was able to help me. Definitely comfortable enough for an afternoon snooze with your legs up. Everything seems to be of good quality -- looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

Love our new loveseat and couch! We were on the fence because it's low profile and my husband is tall, but it's very comfortable, deep seats, and expandable! A great purchase and we will be adding on to fit our needs! It was packaged well and easy to put together.

The loveseat is the perfect addition to our backyard. It's big enough for 2 people without feeling cramped. It is also very comfortable and you can tell you are getting the quality you paid for.

I ordered the loveseat because I liked the style of it and it looks great in person too! When it first arrived one of the teak armrests was broken, but the customer support team responded super quickly and we had a replacement armrest 3 days later. The instructions were easy to follow. I'm glad I ordered it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
