The Valley Bay 6 39-Inch natural gas fire bowl is similar in size to the Valley Bay 1 but has a 5 1/2-inch larger surface from the outside to inside edge. The 15-inch bowl height with pewter finish provides a beautiful and functional centerpiece for any backyard, patio or lounging area. Each bowl has been hand-crafted using our custom patina finishing process, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind creation with subtle variation. The 65,000 BTUs unit operates on natural gas. The key valve housing is easily accessed from the side of the unit. The controls are clearly labeled and simple to use. Turn the key to the on position and use a match lighter to light and enjoy. The fire bowl comes complete with two 27-pound bags of 3/4-inch lava rock. The naturally occurring volcanic rock creates a stunning contrast to the beautiful flames of any gas fire feature while the lava rock is heat resistant. The ambient heat provides plenty of warmth for any gathering.

This Lakeview Outdoor Designs Fire Pit is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. The original manufacturer will repair or replace product which has been proven to be defective in workmanship and/or material. If unit is confirmed defective and is not repairable by a qualified manufacturer representative, the unit will be replaced FOB from original manufacturer?s facility. The buyer must provide proof of purchase along with date of delivery to the end user and arrange shipping associated with the replacement of the unit. Lakeview Outdoor Designs and/or original supplier will not be responsible for any defects resulting from misuse, user error, installation error, abuse, repair, or alteration. The use of wood or fuels other than those specified for use with this unit by manufacturer will void warranty immediately. Under no circumstances will Lakeview Outdoor Designs or original manufacturer be liable for incidentals or consequential damage resulting from defective products. Labor not included.

It arrived with a manufacturing flaw (from Prism Hardscapes). They had tried to repair a crack or flaw on the top and it had a 4" oval stain right on the top surface. They (Prism) expected me (customer) to wait for their repair kit, try to repair it and when that failed they finally approved an exchange. There were many issues with the freight on this (how they deliver it) - I won't even get into that. But after weeks of delays, we finally received the replacement and it too had a flaw. But it was not as bad as the first one and we were not going to put ourselves through another nasty return/exchange/freight nightmare we had just gone through. Nothing to do with BBQGuys, they were merely the middleman in all this. But suggest not ordering anything made by Prism Hardscapes, as they have no issue sending damaged products to you (2 out of 2 for us were damaged and not by shipping - someone at Prism made the choice to send damaged products to a customer).

This pewter fire bowl is stunning!! It has the aged look, like it does in the picture. The quality is excellent. We ordered ours with the key only so it would not have the square cut out for the electric start and detract from the beauty. Two men can carry it so the weight is not an issue. Ours came with small lava rocks so we had to contact UP and have them ship the 6 inch lava rocks, no big deal. We are very happy with it!! Also, the customer service with Ultimate Patio was superb.

Natural gas can be stubbed directly underneath the unit, but must be fitted with a ball valve shutoff. Propane will require using the hose included with the unit to allow for a safety inspection before use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
