We love 💕 our new Solo Bonfire Stove. This stove is super easy to start a fire in, it puts out nice heat and burns the wood down to almost nothing!! We are still figuring some things out, but so far so good. This is 1000X better then our old metal firepit.

I will admit I was hesitant to buy this but finally broke down and got it after my wife keep talking about it. The deflector works as advertised, you can have a smaller fire and feel it while sitting, I had to back up about 5 feet once the fire got roaring due to the heat that was put off.

Nice addition to stove. Sits safely on stove with no worries of falling off. I had an issue with one Clio holding and solo sent new one out immediately. Very much enjoying my solo products

Wisconsin can have plenty of cold nights, 20's are pretty common. The heat deflector makes such a big difference, we can sit out comfortably on those cold star lit nights. Well designed, quality material, easy to put together, and throws lots of heat ! We love our heat deflector and recommend it.?

The addition of the heat deflector to my Yukon stove was a good idea. Each Wednesday evening, a group of friends gather at my farm for dinner and cocktails. We always build a fire in the Yukon, no matter the season. As it cools, we tend to move our chairs closer to the stove. There are normally twelve of us, so getting close becomes difficult. The heat deflector has taken care of that issue. Now, all of us can enjoy the heat from the stove and have room to move around. Wish I purchased it sooner.

I have the bonfire and love it, along with many accessories. Unfortunately, the heat deflector legs don't stay. The clips that attach are poorly designed and fall off every time I put the deflector on the bonfire. I would not suggest buying this, unless they change the design.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
