To spread more of that great heat the fire pit gives off, this addition works great. I use mine with the hub and it does redirect a good amount of heat radially. Very happy with my purchase

I have the Yukon and the surround. The heat deflector is definitely a game changer. I will say if you have the surround, do not leave anything on it your stuff will get extremely hot. Also, I recommend getting the gloves too, you will need them if you ever need to take your deflector off.

The heat deflector for our Solo Stove has been a great addition. It was easy to assemble and complements the surround perfectly. It definitely pushes the heat horizontally so everyone around it can feel it.

We love our heat deflector, we have had our solo stove for a number of years and decided to extend the use of our stove using the deflector during the colder months. Although the weather hasn't been too cold we have been breaking the deflector in, it works great, the fire got so warm the other night we took our jackets off and sat around the solo wearing long sleeve T-shirts.

We had an off-brand "fire pit" that worked OK but it was smaller and couldn't accommodate a heat diffuser. Solo Stove to the rescue. I found a Bonfire package deal that I couldn't pass up and ordered directly from Solo. We have used it several times and are quite happy with the smokeless experience. The heat deflector helps but not with any significant breeze. The stove and deflector both work best with no breeze.

I got the Ranger kit. learned that wood size makes a big difference. Then I got the heat shield kit and finally got the pellet adaptor. The product is well put together from the packaging to having a well rounded kit by putting in equipment you'll need . After several uses I prefer the pellets over wood logs due to the fact you have to trim down the wood. The solo fire pit is a real nice product which I recommend. Make sure you check the size differences first. No matter which one you get I think you'll really enjoy it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
