So, we bought our Yukon SoloStove, just after they were released. We really loved it as far as cozy, outdoor lighting, and for some heat, but I always felt that the double lined walls of the SoloStove, while helping to reduce smoke, also insulated the heat, which was disbursed more vertically. Imagine my excitement when I read about the heat deflectors! we bought a Surround and a heat deflector, And I could not be happier with my purchase. This extends the usability of our SoloStove to far later in the winter and earlier in the spring. I even caved and got one of their storage racks, so we can keep more wood available because we will use this so much more. Are these accessories a bit pricey yes, but with this, I would say you get what you pay for - the lateral heat dispersion is amazing, and really makes this fire pit an excellent purchase for your outdoor living. We just love it!

On hot nights the heat can go up or redirect the heat on cool nights. Works perfect.!!

Treated myself before Christmas to a deflector for heat during outdoor gatherings in winter. Made a big difference but if it's windy less effect. Got the gloves to move it. Have to make sure the legs line up. Fits above the shield but need to remove it to add wood with the shield on.

Bought the Yukon after trying my neighbor's Bonfire in the pit as a test. Then my friend was over and saw the Yukon and asked if I bought that custom. It fit perfectly with about an inch all the around . Also bought the heat shield that my wife was so happy for as the heat around the pit was amazing. The friend also bought the Bonfire with the pellet screen, he lives in a condo with a patio no room for wood pile, and loves it. I visited and we tried with the heat shield and 20lbs of pellets, burned flawlessly. Great products, highly recommend. Only stipulation know that wood or pellet consumption is higher than a standard fire pit , as trade off for limited to no smoke. Will add pictures on an update, if possible.

The best accessory for a firepit hands down. Not only does it allow for more bodies to be around the firepit since you can sit further away and still feel the heat, it actually does what it's designed to do. That is to distribute heat outwards. This is a must addition to your firepit if you want to enjoy sitting in the cold when the temps drop low.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
