Easily the best cover I've ever used! I've been cooking/grilling outside for quite a few years now. If you are like me and keep your grill or evens outside and like to keep them taken care of, then you always buy a cover for them. So far with all the covers I've used there are 2 major issues. They are either extremely cheap and don't hold up well in the weather, or they are a "fitted" cover and when they say fitted they aren't lying. The fitted covers I've used in the past are so tight to get on and take so much work and effort that I end up not even using them cause they aren't worth the hassle. Thankfully this is where Halo capitalized and finally came out with a cover for your products that is both high in quality and is so simple to put on that you won't ever look at it as a hassle. This is flat out worth the money and will help keep your pizza oven looking brand new for years to come.

Product produces an excellent product, as advertised. However, the Igniter does not work & the Temp Gage also does not work…. I can live without the Temp Gage, but disappointed the Igniter does not work.

I've used the oven about 6 times for pizza. It works great. Heats up very quickly. For me, the stone rotation was the selling point. No need to manually rotate the pizza. The rotating stone allows this oven to cook evenly. The amount of heat is more than adequate. I make some fairly loaded up pizzas and this is not a problem. I find myself actually shutting the heat down to manage the heat on to vs bottom which is perfectly fine. The cover fits very well and is well made. So far so good!

Great quality material and the side pocket is a nice touch. Needs a carrying strap to help moving the oven around. The oven is on the bigger side and 50lbs so having a strap would definitely help.

We have made several pies with different homemade pizza doughs. The duel burners and rotating stone are a game changer. The pies come out perfect every time. Can't wait to try wings in it this weekend. Pics are of a Thai Pie and Margarita pizza.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
