I did substantial research on these pizza ovens before purchasing this oven and my wife and I are absolutely delighted. It is superior to all others in craftsmanship and functionality. This oven is well made and thought out.....from the ability to easily open it to clean (including impressive beefy hinges on the back) or the rotating stone which makes it much easier to cook a pizza without burning it for us novelty users or the option for the motor to run off of plug in or battery power, everything is top notch. The outside finish is solid and the level of detail in this oven is impressive. From unboxing, to easily putting it together, or to using it for the first time you don't see any short cuts taken by this company. You also don't see any sharp edges in the interworkings of the unit as you might see on cheaper ovens. Honestly I don't usually write reviews but I had to do it on this oven as it's refreshing to see a product that is as well made as this and not just corp America trying to dish out another piece of junk. Kudos to Halo and if you are contemplating this oven I'd tell you to look no further as it's clearly the best in this price range and you won't be disappointed. Last note.....we weren't sure if the "all accessory set" would be worth the price or would give us all the tools we needed to cook.....but it is also well engineered....I returned all the other pizza peels and tools I had bought from Amazon as this is truly a one stop.product for cooking pizzas at home.. Not sure what other products Halo makes but I will definitely be happy to purchase from this company again.....hope this helps.

I love the Versa 16 for the rotating pizza stone except it would have been nice if it had s knob to control the bottom heat. I do like how easy it is to access the parts you need to clean by lifting the top. So the only reason for 4 stars is no control knob for the bottom burner. It turns out a NY style pizza in 3-4 minutes.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
